We fly with Delta. We arrive from Quebec city to JFK so need to take our luggages, clear customs and check luggages again before taking our next flight to Las Vegas. We only have 1h45 minutes, will that be enough?

Yes, that should be enough time. However, it doesn't leave much time in case of delays.

On 09/26/14, I lost my iphone 4S which is in a dark pink case when flying from Austin to DFW Flt. #2230. I may have dropped it in the seat of 3F or 3E or when debarking the plane; or in the Ladies restroom. Please post a response if found.

My friend from Russia has Cariibean Netherlands visa, but unexperienced in foregn travel. I am a US citizen. Can I meet my friend in AMS at the gate from Moscow, so we together can board flight to Aruba? Can my friend stop in AMS in a hotel with Caribbean visa? If there is no answers - please advise where I can find them.

Since your friend is not entering the Schengen Area he will not be allowed to exit the non-schengen wing of the terminal. You MAY be able to get to his arrival gate, but there's no guarantee of that. It should not be hard for him to get from his arrival gate to his departure gate.

I'm flying in from Ireland and I'm nervous that I will miss my connecting flight

Since you will pre-clear US Immigration in Ireland you will arrive inside the secure area and should take the shuttle.

I am coming to pick up a friend from DFW coming in from SYD on QF7 at 1:45. How long does customs take about this time of day based on other international flights coming in?

You should plan on picking him up about 45 minutes after his flight is scheduled to arrive.

I am travelling from Panama City, Panama - connecting to Toronto Canada with 1 hour 53 min layover- will that be enough time? Do we clear customs in Atlanta. We are Canadian citizens

Yes, in Atlanta you will arrive in the International Terminal, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, then re-check your bags with Delta, then go through security and to your departure gate.

I'm a UK citizen flying London - Buenos Aires with American Airlines. Route includes a 1 hour 45 minute wait in JFK. Do I need a transit visa?

UK Citizens do not need any sort of visa to visit the United States.

Flying SFO-JFK-ZUR on AA. Layover is 55 minutes. Is that enough? Do I have to re-check luggage? Flying Business

No, you will not have to do anything with your luggage in JFK. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate which will both by in Terminal 8.

Flying on AA and family flying Delta how do we connect with each other? Could we meet in baggage claim area? First time in Itally and I'm clueless! Thanks for the help....

Yes, you can meet in baggage claim area as both flights will use the same one, however, if your flights don't arrive at the same time, then Immigration officials won't want you hanging out there. In that case you should go through customs and meet at a big sign that says Meeting Point - http://www.roninrome.com/%20transportation/where-to-meet-at-fco

    Thank you

Due you go through immigration if you have two international flight on LAX, coming from Ranotonga to LAX (Air New Zealand)with an connected flight to Amsterdam (KLM)? Both are in the same terminal, TBIT.

Yes, you will have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, then re-check your bags. You can re-check at the re-check desk if you purchased a single ticket and your bags are tagged through to AMS, but if they are not you will have to take them to the KLM check-in counter.

  • Airport to Train transit help

Hi, I will be travelling through LH 755 from Bengaluru and arriving at Frankfurt Terminal 1 at 8.55 a.m. I have to catch ICE 612 at 11.09 a.m for travelling to Siegburg/Bonn. The time gap is 2 hrs 10 min. Is this time enough for me to complete the formalities at airport (immigration and baggage collection) and catch this train? How far is Terminal 1 to this train station and what is the route I have to follow for quick transit?
