I arrive Delta C-18 afternoon, She arrives United A-2. Where can we meet? Baggage shared carousel area or?

Those are in different terminals. You will arrive in Terminal C and she will arrive in Terminal B. Whoever arrives earlier can take a shuttle bus on the curbside to the arrival area of the person who arrives later.

I'll be arriving in houston from cancun on Unitied and taking a connecting flight to Indianapolis. Will I need to get my checked luggage on arrival in houston and recheck it or will it automatically be transferred to my connecting flight

You will arrive in Terminal E, Go though US Immigration, claim your baggage, go through US Customs, then re-check your baggage at the transfer desk. Then you will go up to the departure level, go through security, and then take the TerminaLink train to your departure terminal if necessary.

Hi - arriving at Houston on United fllght UA96 from Heathrow on Feb 21st at 16:15. Leaving on United flight UA1565 to San Jose Costa Rica at 17:40 Is that enough time for security etc? Is it true we can't check our bags through to the final destination?.

In Houston, some International->International bags do not have to be claimed to go through US Customs. You will have to ask the United agents. Your connection is 5 minutes shorter than the minimum connection time for International->International. It's possible, but it doesn't leave much time for delays.

We fly with Delta. We arrive from Quebec city to JFK so need to take our luggages, clear customs and check luggages again before taking our next flight to Las Vegas. We only have 1h45 minutes, will that be enough?

Yes, that should be enough time. However, it doesn't leave much time in case of delays.

On 09/26/14, I lost my iphone 4S which is in a dark pink case when flying from Austin to DFW Flt. #2230. I may have dropped it in the seat of 3F or 3E or when debarking the plane; or in the Ladies restroom. Please post a response if found.

My friend from Russia has Cariibean Netherlands visa, but unexperienced in foregn travel. I am a US citizen. Can I meet my friend in AMS at the gate from Moscow, so we together can board flight to Aruba? Can my friend stop in AMS in a hotel with Caribbean visa? If there is no answers - please advise where I can find them.

Since your friend is not entering the Schengen Area he will not be allowed to exit the non-schengen wing of the terminal. You MAY be able to get to his arrival gate, but there's no guarantee of that. It should not be hard for him to get from his arrival gate to his departure gate.

I'm flying in from Ireland and I'm nervous that I will miss my connecting flight

Since you will pre-clear US Immigration in Ireland you will arrive inside the secure area and should take the shuttle.

I am coming to pick up a friend from DFW coming in from SYD on QF7 at 1:45. How long does customs take about this time of day based on other international flights coming in?

You should plan on picking him up about 45 minutes after his flight is scheduled to arrive.

I am travelling from Panama City, Panama - connecting to Toronto Canada with 1 hour 53 min layover- will that be enough time? Do we clear customs in Atlanta. We are Canadian citizens

Yes, in Atlanta you will arrive in the International Terminal, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, then re-check your bags with Delta, then go through security and to your departure gate.
