Main Terminal / Concourses at Quebec Jean Lesage YQB Airport
The new passenger terminal at Quebec City Jean Lesage Airport houses 14 self-service check-in kiosks near the check-in counters (presently for Air Canada, Delta, Porter, United & Westjet airlines, but you can also check in online for the same airlines)
Level 1 of the Terminal - divided into domestic and international arrivals sections, offers in the domestic side (left) ATM machine, hotel information, & access to level 2; while the iernational side (right) check-in counters, information booth, currency exchange and Internanal arrivals.
Level 2 of the Terminal is the departures level. After security check you find, to the right of it and next to each other, the business center, Relay store, currency exchange, duty-free shop, children's play area, restrooms, resstrant & bar. Between gates 28 & 29 is the VIP lounge. Departure gates from left to right are gates 28 through 34.
The terminal includes a Kids Zone and a nearby nursing room. If you lost an item at the Airport, call 418-640-2760. The 'coatcheck & baggage room' enables you to store your personal belongings - go to the Information booth near check-in counters.
The VIP Lounge is open to American Express Platinum cardholders, to members of the Priority Pass Airport Lounge Access Program and to Corsairly Business Class passengers.
