Main Terminal / Concourses at Quebec Jean Lesage YQB Airport
The new passenger terminal at Quebec City Jean Lesage Airport houses 14 self-service check-in kiosks near the check-in counters (presently for Air Canada, Continental, Delta, Porter, United & Westjet airlines, but you can also check in online for the same airlines.
Services and amenities inside the terminal: Customer service located in the lobby (or call 418-640-3300). Free Wi-Fi network is available throughout the terminal. A 'Business Zone' is located in the post-security area and offers 14 work stations with internet access.
ICE currency exchange is located on the ground floor's international arrivals area and on level 2 after post-security check. ATM machines by Scotiabank are located on the ground floor in the international & domestic arrivals areas, and on level 2 near Tim Hortons and after post-security check.
A Relay shop and a duty-free shop, as well as a restaurant & a bar, are on level 2, post-security; and another restaurant and bar are at pre-security.
The terminal includes a Kids Zone and a nearby nursing room. If you lost an item at the Airport, call 418-640-2760. The 'coatcheck & baggage room' enables you to store your personal belongings - go to the Information booth near check-in counters.
The VIP Lounge is open to American Express Platinum cardholders, to members of the Priority Pass Airport Lounge Access Program and to Corsairly Business Class passengers.
