  • Transfering from T4 to T3

I am arriving on an international flight (Emirates) into T4 and connecting to Cincy on Delta at T3. Can I re-check my bags for my Cincy flight at T4 or do I need to lug the whole lot with me to T3? Thanks

  • Charged me twice for booking extra bags!

I was traveling from Washington DC (DCA) to JFK to Abu Dhabi and then Lahore and had three extra bags to book. I made the payment at DCA of $411.00 according to Etihad's excess baggage policy. When I arrived at JFK and went to get my boarding pass, an Etihad personnel told me that I need to pay again for the excess baggage. I only had some travel money that I ended up giving all of it to Etihad again. They promised me that I will be able to get the reimbursement easily. Since then I have been trying to get in touch with them to get my money back but no veil. It is almost criminal what they did to me.
