Hello. We are flying from Brussels and have 2h10 min ground time in JFK before our flight to LAX. This is with Delta. Can anybody confirm that it is same terminal for arrival and departure in this case? (T4). Is it sufficient time or should I worry? Thanks

You will arrive in Terminal 4, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, and go through security and to your departure gate, which will also be in Terminal 4. You have enough time if everything goes smoothly.
I will be arriving from Amsterdam to JFK via KLM (Delta) at 3:25pm, and then departing JFK to Sacramento at 6:34pm via JetBlue. Will 3 hours be enough time to get through customs and re-check bags? Thank you.
Yes, that should be enough time if everything goes smoothly.
US citizens - Planning to purchase tickets from Dublin to JFK on a KLM flight (operated by Delta), and then take a domestic flight with Delta from JFK to CLT. These would be via separate itineraries, and we are not planning on checking luggage. I saw on a previous post that flights from Shannon have a resource where you can pre-clear US customs before departing from Ireland. Would this be available for us in this case? It looks like both flights typically operate in terminal 4 at JFK, so we could save a lot of time if we have already cleared customs and can just go gate to gate without checked bags. The layover between the flights we are looking at is just over an hour, so if we have to go through customs in JFK then we will need to adjust our plans. Thanks!
Yes, you will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Dublin. So yes, you can just go from your arrival gate to your departure gate in JFK.
I'm flying in on Delta from Orlando with an ETA of 15.30 on a wednesday and then am booked on another flight to Zurich (ZHR) at 17.50 with AA. Is that enough time to claim and then re-check our luggage while also changing terminals? The bookings were done seperately.
That's just enough time if everything goes smoothly. You will take the AirTrain between terminals.
My elderly mother and I are flying from Lisbon through JFK to MSP to DSM (Delta airlines). Our connection time in JFK is 1 hour 33 minutes. Does Lisbon allow us to pre-clear customs or will we go through customs in JFK. Is this enough time on a Friday night to make our connection?
There is no Pre-clearance in Lisbon. At JFK you will have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then go through security and to your departure gate. You have barely enough time.
Thank you for your reply. We will choose a later flight.
I will be travelling from Amman to jfk (royal jordanian) than have connection flight to tampa florida (through delta airlines). Booked seperatly. Is a 3 hour and 25 mins connection flight enough in JFk airport (go through customs, pick up the bags, pass through security .)
That's just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
