Hi, I have a flight landing at JFK New York at 4:00pm on 26 December 2016 via an Air Berlin from Berlin Tegel and then have an Air Berlin (operated by AA) flight to San Juan at 6:45pm. Will 2,45 hours be sufficient time taking immigration and baggage check-in into account. Do I have to change terminal? Thank you Martina
Yes, that is enough time. Both flights will be in Terminal 8.
My family of four are arriving in JFK from SMF via JetBlue on Dec 18 8:06am. We have a connecting flight to Dubai at 10:40am. Do we have to claim our bags at JFK and recheck them to Dubai? If so this this enough time to claim bags, recheck, and go through security?
Are both flights on the same reservation or is it two separate reservations? If it's the same reservation you just have to take the AirTrain to Terminal 4 from Terminal 5 and go through security and you have enough time.
Traveling to Moscow dec 29 - arrive at JFK on delta from RIC at 12:38 PM depart to moscow aeroflot 2:25 PM - no bags to check -- okay for time? and arriving back at JFK 5:25 PM jan 9 with connecting flight to RIC 7:45 pm, same airlines -- enough time? Fast walker :) Thanks!
Yes, that is enough time. On your way to Moscow you will have to take the Airtrain from Terminal 4 to Terminal 1 on the airtrain and go through security. On the way back you will go through US immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then take the AirTrain to Terminal 4 and go through security.
On Christmas Eve morning I arrive at about 0530 from Tel Aviv and leave for St Maarten at 0835. Returning on Friday evening 6th Jan I have 2 1/2hrs. All with Delta on one ticket. Should I have enough time to connect with check-in baggage, or should I not risk it and keep to cabin baggage? Thanks!
am flying from CLE to JFK terminal 4 by delta airline and i have to connect to a flight to paris through terminal 1..i have only 2 hrs,is that enough time specially that i have my newborn with me>? should i have to claim my luggage again? and how i should find the airtrain is there signs? it ismy 1st time to travel
You will not have to claim your luggage in JFK if both flights are on the same reservation. Yes, the AirTrain is very well marked.
One last question is 2 hrs enough for this connection while am having my newborn with me Thanks
Hi, I will be travelling from Shanghai to JFK. Eta JFK is 1325hrs...my next flight to Orlando is at 1455hrs. Will I be able to catch the flight on time? If I can't what are the possibilities of taking the next flight? I have booked the flights to Orlando. There are 5 of us.
That's barely enough time if everything is on the same reservation and everything goes perfectly. If everything is on the same reservation you will be rebooked on the next available flight if you miss your reservation, but it may take awhile for them to get all 5 of you there, especially if you are traveling during peak season.
