I'm flying from Milan to Dominican Republic, passing JFK airport. Is 1h30min enough time to catch the plane for Santo Domingo.
Thank you for the answer
What airline are you flying? Are both flights on the same reservation?
I'm flying with Delta, both flights are on the same reservation. Thank you for a prompt response!
Then that is just enough time if everything goes smoothly. You will have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and to your departure gate.
I am a British Citizen on a returning ESTA. My flight from LHR lands at JFK at 2.25PM at terminal 4. I then have a connecting flight to ORD at 4:00PM also from terminal 4. Will this be enough time? Will I need to go through immigration on arriving at JFK?
The airline is Delta and one reservation.
Yes, you will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and to your departure gate. You have barely enough time if everything goes smoothly.
We are considering booking a flight from Boston to JFk to get a better fare to Rome. It would be on a different airline - not on the same reservation. Will it be hard to get our bag and then recheck in at the international terminal? How would we get from the national terminal to the international? How long would it take?
JFK does not have an "International Terminal". 5 of the 6 terminals at JFK handle International flights. You need to be more specific about what airlines you're looking at flying.
my flight from karachi, Pakistan to JFK via Saudi airlines lands 3pm. after that ive to catch the 6:30pm flight to Toronto (via delta) . considering I'm a Pakistani citizen with a valid US green card, would three and half hours be enough to go through customs, security checks and the like in order to reach my connecting flight?
Yes, that should be enough time if everything goes smoothly.
my international flight to JFK (terminal one) lands at 11:30 am and I've a connecting flight to Montreal via delta (terminal 4) which is supposed to leave at 2:55pm. considering I'm not a US citizen, will 3.5hours be enough to make it to my connecting flight? appreciate the help
Arriving JFK on Singapore Airlines on a Wednesday morning on 26 April 11AM but intending to take a Delta / JetBlue flight to Orlando, Florida at 1.39PM on the same day. Will I have enough time to pass through customs and check in my luggage at the Delta / JetBl ue counters? Are they in the same terminals in JFK?
Singapore will arrive in Terminal 4. Delta will depart from Terminal 2 or 4. Jetblue will depart from Terminal 5. This is barely possible if eveerything goes perfectly.
hi! i'll be traveling to atlanta from zurich. there's a layover at jfk of 4.5 hours. i got two tickets though. is that enough time? i'm flying in with swiss and the connecting flight is delta. there's another ticket that would leave me with 6.5 hours.
