Hi, I will be arriving on a Delta flight from LAX and connecting to a Virgin Atlantic flight to the UK with a 2hr 28 min layover. Do I have to claim my baggage and recheck it, and do I have enough time? Thank you!
Also, do I have to go through security again if my LA flight comes in to Terminal 2? Thanks!
All LA flights arrive in Terminal 4. If both flights are on the same reservation you don't have to do anything with your bags - just walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I am flying on Virgin America Flight VX34 from San Fran to JFK (Terminal 4 ?) but then I am taking an international flight to Naples, Italy (Meridiana - operated by Air Italy Terminal 1? ). Since both Terminals are considered international terminals, I believe, do I need to go through security again even though I only have carry-on luggage? Or just take Air Tran to Terminal 1
Yes, you have to take the AirTrain to Terminal 1 and go through security. It has nothing to do with them being "international terminals" or not. The only terminal at JFK that does not handle international flights at JFK is Terminal 2. There's no need to ask the same question twice.
Hi, I'm arriving at JFK at 18.30 on an internal shuttle flight from DC and depart at 21.00 on an international flight to UK with checked bags on both flights. I booked the flights separately, and they are with different airlines - would I need to collect and re-check my bag for the international flight and is that enough time to do this? THank you!
What airlines are you flying? You need to provide more information to answer this question.
hi sorry, it's delta with no checked bags or with checked bags - I'd like to check both options. thank you
and the transatlantic flight leaving at 21.00 is with virgin atlantic.

My parents are coming from ICN on OZ222 (arriving 11:30 AM) and will be transferring to JetBlue 2320 (departing 1:18 PM), with checked baggages. They need to clear customs and border control. I booked the jetblue flight without thinking too much, but I just realized that it might not be enough time to do so. Can someone give me an opinion?
also, how about the other way? JFK to ICN will depart at 13:25. I would like to book a flight arriving JFK at 11:17 AM. Would it be okay?
Is it two separate reservations or one reservation? If it's two separate reservations it's definitely not enough time.
