Passenger Drop Off /Pick Up (see also "Airport Parking" map). No parking in front of or next to any of any terminals - terminal frontages are for active loading and unloading only. Unattended vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. You you have the following options: park in Cell Phone Lot, at a short-term lot or in the parking garage. Or drop off your passenger at the Kiss and Fly at the Lefferts Blvd. AirTrain Station, where they can ride AirTrain free of charge to their terminal in just 10 minutes. If You enter the terminal with a passenger, note that only ticketed passengers will be allowed past the security checkpoint.
Terminal 1 - XpresSpa at gate 6, and gate 3 (kiosk only)

Lost & Found
2. If you lost items at the TSA Security Check Point, contact the TSA Lost and Found at (718) 917-3999.
3. If you lost an item at any other areas, contact the Port Authority Police Lost and Found Custodian at (718) 244-4225 or e-maill firstname.lastname@example.org. Items will be turned over to the JFK Police desk at Builing 269 and will be kept there for 30 days only. You can claim your item 24/7.
Pet relief areas for each of the terminals are located outside of Arrivals.
JetBlue passengers: Jetblue allows cat or dog only inside the cabin. Call reservations at 1-800-538-2583; a non-refundable pet fee applies for each flight segment. Pet check-in is at full-service counter (no online or kiosk check-in!).

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.
