The Visitor Information desks are staffed from 7:45 a.m. to 9:45 p.m. daily, and are located throughout the airport. If you need assistance and the desks are not staffed, you can call (808) 872-3893 for assistance, or e-mail: airvisitorinfo@hawaii.gov.  

The Visitor Information booth is happy to provide tourist information and pamphlets.

OGG's Customer Services include:
Airline Lounge,  Baggage Carts, Banks & ATMs, First Aid, Internet Services, Lei Greetings, Lockers & Storage Facilities,
Lost & Found, Pet Assistance; Postal Services, Smoking & Visitor Information

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance .  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.  For Terminal and /or Concourse connections, please refer to 'Terminal Map' page.

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and  check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.

1. If you lost an item onboard your airplane, contact your airline's los & found department.
2. If you lost an item at security checkpoint of OGG Airport, or if item is missing from checked baggage, call TSA at 808-871-0207.
3. If you lost an item inside the terminal contact Lost & Found on the ground level in front of the Airport Manager's Office; open Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm. (Items are stored for 45 days.)  Or call 808-872-3876.

A stamp machine is located at the 2nd floor news stand.

As policies relating to the transportation of pets vary by airline and time of year, please contact your airline directly for details. Animals in the Airport

No person may enter any airport terminal building with any animal or reptile, except:
-- A seeing eye or hearing eye dog or other animal certifiably trained to perform such functions;
--An animal or reptile properly confined for shipment with or by an air carrier, provided the animal or reptile is authorized by law to be in the state; and --Any animals, accompanied by properly authorized law enforcement personnel specially trained for emergencies such as aircraft, vehicle or vessel disasters or for use in law enforcement such as the discovery of drugs and other contraband.
