Kaunas International Airport KUN
is Lithuania’s second-busiest commercial airport and the fourth-busiest in the Baltic states. The Airport is now part of the network of State Enterprise Lithuanian Airports, which also includes Vilnius & Panga airports, who together accounted for over 3.5M passengers in 2013.
KUN Airport is located in Karmelava, 15 km northeast of the city center of Kaunas, and next to motorway A-6 which connects to A1, and A1in turn connects to A5.
With an estimated 825,000 passengers per annum, the airport is served by low-cost airlines Ryanair & Wizzair, offering a multitude of destinations throughout Europe, with connections around the world. Seasonal charter flights to popular vacation destinations are also available.

Construction on a 2-level 'Airhotel' with 53 rooms is to be located in front of Arrivals is to be completed by Spring 2017.
The new passenger terminal at Kaunas International Airport
has three levels. Food & drink, as well as a WiFi zone by Zebra are available throughout the terminal.
Level 1 is for arrivals
and has an Information desk, ticket office, cash machine, bank branch, newsstand, police, tourist information and rental car counters.
Level 2 is for departures
with a departure hall and offers 12 check-in desks, Ryanair office, its departure hall has an Airport Travel Shop and coffee and snack area, and a bar.
Level 3 has some departures
and aviation security.
