Kemi-Tornio Lapland Airport KEM is located near the town of Lautiosaari, 6 km norh of  Kemi and 18 km from Tornio.
With 65,761 passengers in 2012, the Airport is presently served by Finncomm Airlines (tel. (09) 4243 2000; fax 2200) is the only airline serving the Airport with domestic flights, including daily flights to Helsinki.

The Taxi Station telephone number is +358 200-68000. The Airport taxi to Kemi takes 15 minutes and costs 10 EUR per person (order at least 2 hrs prior to flight takeoff). The Airport-taxi to Tornio takes 25minutes and costs 19 EUR per person.
A public bus stops about 700 meters from the Airport, and the nearest railway station is in Kemi, 6 km away.
