  • Flying into Terinal C (from BOS) and connecting to Terminal B (YUL)

I'm flying into Terminal C from Boston on US Airways at 7:26pm and my connecting flight to Montreal (YUL) leaves at 8:05pm from Terminal B (American Airlines). Will I have enough time to make it? Can I run from Terminal C to Terminal B? Is their a train / shuttle? Do I have to clear security again? I'm stressed.... THanks for you help.

US Airways and American now both use Terminal B.

Thanks. But my boarding passes say that I land in C and take my connecting flight to B.

Are you sure you don't mean your reservation? Computer reservations issued by travel agencies are frequently wrong.

also check at airport gates change constantly I have a flight changing from American to USair too showing a terminal change also glad to hear there is a shuttle beyond sercurity or that both airlines use same terminal now

Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you were connecting in Boston, not LaGuardia. US Airways/American have a shuttle bus that connects their gates in C and their gates in B at LaGuardia.

I am Flying out of Terminal B on United and back into Terminal C on US Airways is there a shuttle bus that can take me to the parking Garage or do I need to use the US shuttle back to Terminal B? How late do the shuttle buses run?

Yes, the Route A and Route B shuttles run outside security between terminals, but they run in a D-C-B-A order (Route A) and D-C-B order (Route B).

I am going to be arriving in to gate C39 and then my next flight departs out of C3 (in terminal B). I have seen on here that American/US Airways operate a shuttle between the two, does that mean I will not need to go through security again? When looking at their terminal map in their website it almost appears terminal B requires you to go through security again if you change letters. Since the shuttle drops off by the D gates will I have to go through security to get to gate C3? I am only asking as I am traveling with a 3 year old and 10 month old and will want to prepare for the security check if necessary. Thanks!

Correct, the US Airways/AA shuttle operates inside security. The shuttle goes to both C and D gates in Terminal B.

I'm flying into terminal c from PHL; then on to terminal B for a connecting flight to ATL. How long will it take me to get from terminal B to terminal C. I'll have 60 minutes if, my flight is on time.

US Airways and American are currently running a shuttle bus between their gates in Terminals B and C. If your first flight is on-time you can make it. Just ask employees when you land how to find the shuttle bus.

    Thank you!

Hi, I am an international student. I have to catch a flight (Delta DL 4930) on 5th Aug, 2015 at 14.30 for Raleigh from La Guardia Airport. Actually, I will reach at JFK on that day at 9.00. I have no detailed idea on the local transportation over there. So, my questions are following: 1. What will be time before which I should leave JFK airport? 2. What is the most easily available type of transportation in between JFK and La Guardia? How much time will it to reach La Guardia? 3. What will be the time limit before I should enter La Guardia (including checking and all) ? I am in urgent need to know the details of the timing. Please help me out with it.

The easiest way between JFK and LaGuardia is a taxi. It costs about $30 and will take about 35-45 minutes at that time of the morning. You have plenty of time. I recommend trying to get to LaGuardia at least 70 minutes before your flight.

35 minute layover from ATL to YUL, with the 35 minutes being in LGA. Is that long enough? All flights are Delta.

It's enough time if you run and your first flight is on-time. All Delta gates at LGA are connected inside security. It really depends on the flight from Atlanta arriving on-time.

I have another flight next November near Thanksgiving from Greensboro (GSO) to Montreal (YUL) on Delta that has a 2 hour, 28 minute layover in New York (LGA). I think I'm pretty safe with that amount of time, but again it is from New York to Montreal which is (obviously) considered international. Is that enough time? Flight from LGA to YUL is late morning.

Yes, that is plenty of time. There's nothing special about the LGA-YUL flight other than that you go through Canadian Immigration at the end of it. All Delta gates at LGA are connected inside security.

I am travelling from Buffalo to Boston changing at La Guardia. I need to get from Terminal D to Terminal C. If everything is on time there are 36 mins between arrival and departure. Is this enough time

Yes, that is barely enough time if everything goes smoothly. C and D are connected inside security by a walkway.

    Thank you

I'm flying from Montreal to Washington with a connection at Laguardia. I'll be flying into Terminal B with American Airlines and flying out via terminal C with US Airways. I have only less than an hour between connections. First of all, will my bag be checked through all the way? Secondly, how long should it take to travel between terminals and is there a shuttle bus or other means of transport?

You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Montreal and your bags will be checked through to Washington. US Airways/American are operating a shuttle bus inside security between their gates in Terminal B and C. Ask the agents when you arrive how to find it.

    Thank you!

Yes, thank you, I have the reverse sequence to this tomorrow, and have no concept of the LGA layout. Glad to know there's a shuttle inside security.

How do I get from Delta to the AMEX Lounge and how long does it take?

    What airport?

LaGuardia. I have a two and a half hour connection (Delta to Delta) and want to go to the American Express Centurion Lounge in terminal B. I know it is outside security. Can I walk between Terminal B and C/D to get to the lounge and back

No, it's not walkable. There's a shuttle bus, but you'd have to leave the lounge like an hour before your flight to get back to C or D in-time, so that would leave you like maybe an hour in the lounge.

Is there a shuttle that can take you from Terminal D to Terminal B at Laguardia? Greatly appreciated!

There is a shuttle that runs on the lower level outside security - The Route A or Route B bus.

    Thank you kindly!

I'm flying YUL to LGA viz air Canada and then LGA to ORD via united. Will my checked bags be transferred automatically?

If you purchased your tickets together your bags will be transferred automatically. You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Montreal.

My first flight from DCA to LGA is with US Airways and arrives in Terminal C. I have 42 minutes to get to my LGA-YUL flight with American Airlines in Terminal B. How do I do this and will I make it? If I check a bag at DCA, will it be transferred to my second flight?

Yes, your bag will be transferred. US Airways/American are running a shuttle inside security between US Airways' gates in Terminal C and American's gates in Terminal B. Ask US Airways agents in LGA upon arrival how to find it.

    Thanks so much!

It depends on the terminal. For the most part LGA doesn't have many features.

Flying delta so I think terminal c and d

    C and D are a little better than A or B.
