How do I get from terminal D to terminal C?

There is a walkway between them inside security.

Take the Route B bus, which runs outside security on the lower level.

I have an American Airline flight coming in to Terminal B, Gate C3, and my connecting flight is in Terminal C, Gate C42 - Also with American Airlines. How do I go about getting there? Do I have to go through security again? Will I need to pick up my checked bag from Baggage Claim? Thanks!

AA has a shuttle bus inside security between their gates in Terminals B and C. You don't have to do anything with your baggage. If you can't find the shuttle bus ask an AA employee for help.

How do I get from terminal B to terminal C or D? I have a 1 1/2 hour layover. Is that enough time? Do I have to go through security again?

Take the Route B Bus. You have barely enough time without checked bags assuming your Spirit flight is on-time (which they often are not). You will have to go through security again in Terminal C or D.

I'm looking at getting a flight that connects in LGA with a 1 hour 8 minute layover, coming from CAE final destination is Buffalo, is that enough time and is it a simple enough connection?

Both flights on Delta? Yes, that should be enough time.

Hi, I'm getting to LGA on delta on TErminal C and have a connection at terminal B on Air canada. Do I have to go through security again and can I do it in less than 45 minutes?

Yes, you will have to go through security again. No, I don't think you can do it in less than 45 minutes.

Hi. I am transfering from terminal B to terminal C, both flights on American. It sounds like there is shuttle bus I can take and avoid having to go through security again. Is that correct? Where do I board the bus in terminal B and where does it leave me in terminal C? Thanks

I should add I land at terminal B concourse C. Thanks

Yes, there is a shuttle bus. There are temporary signs. If you can't find it ask an AA employee.

I'm a Nervous flyer and I have a question. I'm arriving at Terminal D from Toronto switching to another plane at Terminal D to Nashville. The layover is over 55 minutes, is this enough time?

Yes, that should be enough time. You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto.

are you flying with WestJet? I have a similar layover (1h9min) and I'm nervous it won't be enough time

I'll arrive at terminal B and i need to pick up somebody arriving a little bit later at terminal A. How can i get that? Walking? airport facilities between terminals? thanks

You can't walk to A from the other Terminals. you have to take the Route A bus. Are you really sure they're arriving in A though? Only the Delta Shuttle flights from Chicago and Washington DC arrive there.

Yes, i'm sure, this person is coming from Chicago. Is the route A bus free, if don't, what's the fare? thanks again!

Yes, the Route A bus is free and runs on the lower level.

Hi, Will I make my Delta connection with a 33 minute layover in LGA?

It's possible, but depends on things going smoothly at LGA, which is rare.

I am planning a trip and the proposed flight gives me 56 minutes for the connection. I am unsure what terminals I will be sent to. I'm flying in from Bangor, Maine, then off to Minneapolis/St. Paul. I'm worried about such a tight connection. Thoughts?

That should be enough time if the first flight is on-time. Flights will be in Terminal C or D, which are connected inside security by a walkway.

I am arriving Terminal C and departing Terminal D both on Delta. With 58 min between flights is it possible to make this? Do I need to grab my checked bags and take them to the other terminal or will delta do it for me?

Yes, it is possible. your bags will be transferred for you. C and D are connected inside security by a walkway.

What is the best way or place at LGA to meet if one traveler is arriving in Terminal B and the other in Terminal D around the same time, both hoping to go into the city by taxi?

Have the traveler arriving in Terminal D take the Route A or Route B bus to Terminal B and then take a taxi from there.

How often does the inside security American Airlines shuttle depart for transportation between terminals B and C?

I believe it operates more or less "as often as needed/it can" - the ramp at LGA is very congested.

Can I walk from terminal D to terminal B and how long will it take

It's possible to do outdoors on the lower level, but it's not easy. I suggest if you're trying to go as fast as you can that the Route A or Route B bus is probably faster than walking. But if you have plenty of time and want some fresh(?) air then you could do that.
