Tight Connection: Arrive D, depart CNov 26, 201210I have a Delta connecting flight arriving at 8:48AM on Term D, with a departing flight at 9:33AM on Term C. Is this sufficient time? Are the terminals connected?KEMposted on Sun, Nov 25[ Reply ][ Like ]On arrival at LGA at TD, you have the option of walking over to TC or taking the bus - in both instances you need to exit TD and go through security check at TC before connecting to your gate. (TC & TD are close together, but not coected. The B Shuttle bus runs every 10-15 mins between these terminals. Time is extremely short.monov12posted on Mon, Nov 26

check in and security line waitNov 3, 201210Trying to find out the wait time for security and check in for tomorrow's flight. Any help be great thanksAcyposted on Fri, Nov 2Under the present circumstances , first make sure your LGA flight isn't canceled - for LGA specific flight delay information, contact your airline directly - open http://www.panynj.gov/airports/lga-airlines.html . Furthermore, look at recent Airport Info-Alerts, at http://www.airportinfoalerts.com/recentmessages.aspx . If your flight is listed - be at the Airport earlier than usual - particularly early mornings and evenings.sanov12posted on Sat, Nov 3

Transfering from LGA to JFKSep 19, 201210I have a flight from Ottawa Canada to Athens Greece. Our flight lands in LGA at 1:21 and we depart from JFK at 4:30. We will not be checking our bags. 3 hrs to get there! Any advice on how to make it to JFK in the best time? Shuttle? Taxi? Private limo?RoRoposted on Wed, Sep 191. Make sure to use U.S. Customs clearance at Ottawa Airport. 2. To get to JFK, you have the options of taking a metered taxi or limo, both take about 30 mins; or call the folowing three services, all of which take 45-60 mins: ETS Air Shuttle 718-221-5341; All County Express 914-381-4223 or 516-285-1300; NYC Airporter 718-777-5111. 3. (a) The Welcome Center on the Arrivals level of the Central Terminal at LGA Airport offers transportation information - all transportation arrangements can be made there, including shared rides, private car and limousine service. (b) Delta, Marine Air and US Airways Terminals have ground transportation counters on their Arrivals level for information on New York & New Jersey travel. 4. JFK has 7 terminals, make sure you land at the right terminal for your connecting airline. I suggest you open www.ifly.com/jfk and click on "Terminal Map" under QUICK LINKS, then scroll down to the detailed text to find your terminal. At your JFK terminal you need to go through security check before proceeding on to your connecting gate. Your time is sufficient.wesep19posted on Wed, Sep 19

Worried about connectionJul 5, 201212Arrive Terminal C (via WestJet from Toronto) at 13:55 connection is Terminal D arriving at 15:00. I only have carry on but will be travelling alone with 6 & 8 year olds. Do I need to rush? Will I need to go through security again?Weeboonanaposted on Wed, Jul 41 person likes this post [ Like ]At Toronto Airport make sure that you go through US customs clearance, saving you time at LGA. At LGA, Terminals C and D are next to each other, but you need to exit TC and go through security at TD before continuing on to your departing gate. Note that Terminals C & D are getting (or may have already completed) the 650-foot bridge connector. Either way an hour transfer is sufficient unless your plane will have serious delay.thjul12posted on Thu, Jul 51 person likes this post [ Like ]

Making flight connectionsJun 4, 201210I will be flying into LaGuardia at 11:40 am on American Airlines on June 6 and then flying out to Portland, Maine on June 6 at 12:30 pm on US Airways. I am concerned that I will not have enough time to make my connecting flight to Portland. Does anyone know whether American Airlines and US Airways are in the same terminal?Glade51posted on Sun, Jun 3At LGA you will arrive at Terminal B and will have to catch your connecting flight to Maine at Terminal C. You have two options, both of which require you to exit Terminal B and go through security check at Terminal C before continuing on to your gate: (a) You can walk to your connecting terminal, or wait for the bus at the curb: free shuttle buses run every 10-15 minutes: Take Route A, serving all terminals 4am-11:30pm. Hurry.mojun12posted on Mon, Jun 4

Meeting SpotMay 11, 201211I arrive in Terminal D (Delta Airlines) and my sister is arriving in Terminal B ( Air Canada) - Is baggae claim a common area for ALL? Or can I take a shuttle to meet my sister at Terminal B? Basically what is the best way for us to find eachother?Datterposted on Thu, May 101 person likes this post [ Like ]At LaGuardia Airport - Terminal D, the Delta Terminal, and Terminal B, the Central Terminal, have individual baggage claims. You could either meet in Central Terminal's food court or near its information counter, or at the Delta Terminal's arrivals area at its information counter. Free shuttle buses between the terminals run every 10-15 minutes: Take Route A, serving all terminals 4am-11:30pm, or Route B, serving all except Marine Terminal A, 6am-2am), you can also take a taxi outside your terminal.frapr12posted on Fri, May 11

transportationApr 12, 201210I am flying into Laquardia and need to take a transport to Penn Station, can you tell me where that is location? And how much does it cost.jmtposted on Wed, Apr 111. The LGA Welcome Center on the Arrivals level of the Central Terminal at LaGuardia Airport offers transportation information - all transportation arrangements can be made there, including shared rides, private car and limousine service. The Center also provides information on public transit options that require no more than one connection. 2. Public bus 'NYC Airporter' (718-777-5111) - you can purchase tickets online at NYCAirporter.com. (a) to Manhattan: It leaves every 30 mins for Grand Central and Penn stations.thapr12posted on Thu, Apr 12
