    I'm flying in via US Airways and departing via Cape Air. Do I have to leave the security zone to get to the USO?

    STL has two terminals - T1 & T2. The USO lounge is located in Terminal 1, lower level, to the left of the baggage carousels, next to the Post Office - meaning, yes you need to go through security check if you continue your journey. (If connecting flight is in T2, take the free shuttle bus outside.

    The USO lounge at St. Louis Airport is located in Terminal 1, lower level, to the left of the baggage carousels, next to the Post Office.
