Lisbon Portela Airport has two passenger terminals – T1 & T2. Terminal 2 serves exclusively low-cost airlines. A free shuttle bus connects both terminals at their respective Departure areas.
Drivers who drop off a passenger can do so in front of the terminal - no need to park.

Terminal 1 - note that TAP, SATA and AeroVip will move and/or consolidate their operations to Terminal 1 (formerly at Terminal 2).
Level 2 is the Arrivals level with rental car counter, banking facilities, Information desk, left luggage, and the large Apolo Cofnerencee room. This level connects to Parking facilities.
Level 3 - Departures public area - has check-in counters 1-13, 14-36, 37-89 & 90-106, and airline ticketing desks.
Level 3 - Departures restricted area - has banking facilities, a playground, shower facility, a few lounges and transfer desks. After security check you get to gates 1 through 47 (gates 18-21 are in the center).
A large selection of retail stores, and restaurants are in both the public & restricted areas of level 3.  As part of Terminal 1's first phase of renovation, it added a new 'departures-only' duty-free retail area for luxury products.

Terminal 2 is now the exclusive low-cost terminal for EasyJet. (TAP, SATA and AeroVip will move and/or consolidate their operations to Terminal 1.)
The Departures public area has restaurans, the Sky Plaza Self Service on level 1, stage 1, and level 0, stage 0.
The Departures restricted area has a food bar on level 1, stage 1, and on level 0, stage 0, with a gift & cosmetics shop, 'Just for Travelers' and a Relay store.

Services and amenities inside the passenger terminals: Aside from a host of food & drink, retail and duty-free concessions, the terminals offer Information counters, paid internet access, banking facilities (post office, bank branch, currency exchange & ATM cash machines); meeting rooms at the ABC Business Center (+351 211 503 922), and CIP services (+351 218 445 351 / fax 371). Other services include first-aid stations, baggage storage, baggage trolleys, and lost & found.

2. Air France (+351 707 202800) near duty-free shop, Departures;
3. (a) Groundforce Blue Lounge (+351 218 413613) near gates 7-13, Departures. (b) Groundforce Blue Lounge (+351 218 445495) on level 1.
4. Portway Lisbon Lounge (+351 218 413670) near gate 15, Departures.
