Lodz Wladyslaw Reymont Airport LCJ
is a small international airport, mainly used by neighboring regions of Mazowsze, Wielkopolska, Kujawy & Slask of Poland. Because the Airport is located close to the new junction of Trans-Europe highways A1 & A2, and is situated in a densly populated area, passenger demand has increased considerably in recent years. In response, the Airport is continuously updating and expanding its facilities to accommodate anticipated need in the future.
LCJ Airport is located about 6 km southwest of the city of Lodz, Poland near motorways A1 & A2.
With an estimated yearly passenger count of about 354,000, domestic and foreign airlines serve the Airport with direct flights to European destinations. Seasonal charter flights are available to popular vacation venues.
The Airport has a new integrated passenger terminal -
divided into Arrivals & Departures, and between Schengen & non-Schengen traffic.
Rental car desks & other services are right at the entrances, with information counters in both Arrivals & departure areas.
The Departure area
houses the check-in counters, leading to security check, shops, passport control & gates 1 - 4.
The Arrivals area
houses a VIP room, passport control leading to the Arrivals Hall, with baggage claim & lost baggage office. The information counter is is between the two exit doors, with shops & rental car desks on either side. The Executive Lounge in the post-secrity area of level 1 is available for Adria Airways business-class passengers - open 2 hours prior to Aria Airways flight departure. Buses stops in front of the terminal and connect to the train station and to the City.
