• LGB Airport Overview
  Long Beach Airport (LGB), located between Los Angeles and Orange County in southern California is a small airport, serving close to three million passengers annually with direct flights throughout the United States and easy domestic and international connections. LGB hosts the following airlines: Alaska, Delta, ExpressJet, JetBlue and US Airways. JetBlue offers the most daily nonstop destinations, including flights to New York City, Boston and Las Vegas. The art deco main terminal, built in the early ‘40s, was designated a Cultural Heritage Landmark in 1990. Expansion projects in the ‘80s added two concourses to the terminal, but care was taken to retain the main facility’s original architecture.

  Coverage: The expandable network covers the inside waiting areas, the outdoor patio on the north side, as well as the restaurant and its adjacent corridor. Utilizing the 802.11b standard this network will allow almost anyone with a laptop computer equipped with a standard 802.11b wireless card to browse the Internet or answer email.
