I have just under two hours to get from terminal 7 to the international terminal. Is there a shuttle between them or do I have to walk? Thank you.

Hi, I´m arriving from Mexico at terminal 8 at 20:50pm and connecting to Las Vegas from Terminal 7 at 22:09. I assume you go through customs at terminal 8 and then through security before terminal 7. Do I have enough time to make the connection? (1hr19min). All flights are through United. Thanks a lot!

Your flight from Mexico will arrive in Terminal 7 as the gates in Terminal 8 aren't connected to Immigration. After you arrive you will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the transfer desk, then go up to the departure level, and to your departure gate, which could be in Terminal 7 or 8 (they share a single security checkpoint).

I'm arriving LAX 13 Jun 15 at 925A Terminal 7 United Airlines, my connection is at Tom Bradley INT TERM to depart 13 Jun 15 at 1245P FLT: 5 Nippon Airways. Can I make this connection and will I have to go thru security again?

Yes, you have plenty of time for your connection. Yes, you will have to go through security again in the international terminal.

i am on air new zealand 4 arriving at 8:00am and i booked separately aa1249 departing at 10:45am. Is this enough time? I have a usa passport. Thanks!

That should be barely enough time, but I think you can make it. Check in online for your AA flight before you leave New Zealand.

I am coming in through Southwest at 11:40 am and have a connecting flight through Allegiant Air in Terminal 3 at 1:55 pm. Do I have enough time to move from terminal 1 to terminal 3? and do I have to go through TSA again or is there a direct pathway between the two terminals? Thanks

through LAX airport by the way

Yes, she will have to exit Terminal 1, walk along the roadway sidewalk, to T3, and then go through security. If she has checked bags she will have to transfer them herself between terminals.

Thanks. 2 hours should be enough to transfer between terminals right?

Assuming her Southwest flight is on-time, yes, it should be enough time.

My daughter is flying into and out of LAX on Delta. Both are domestic flights. Will she have to change terminals? She'll be 17, but has never flown before. Will someone be able to help her?

Delta uses gates in Terminal 5 and a few gates in Terminal 6. However, there is a tunnel that connects Terminal 5 with Terminal 6 inside security. Yes, agents greet every flight to assist travelers.

Hey, I'm catching a flight from Bogota,Colombia to Sydney,Australia. My arrival flight with Avianca will arrive in Terminal 2 and my Departure with United Airlines will be in Terminal 7. Do you think 2 hours and 5 mins is enough time? Appreciate the HELP!!!!

If you purchased your tickets together and run I think you can make it.

Hi. I am flying wih Fiji airways to LAX, landing LAX at 1:35pm. I need to book a further flight to NYC. Does 4:05pm give me enough time to clear immigration and recheck baggage? Otherwise there is a flight at 9:55pm - would that be better? Many thanks

4:05 PM would be about the earliest I would recommend.

I am flying from MEX to LAX on UA293 which lands at 11h50 on Oct 9th, then my next flight is UA198 on the same day from LAX to PVG which leaves at 13h05. Do I have enough time? Do I have to clear immigration or just intl to intl transfer?

Yes, you will arrive in T7, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the transfer desk, then go through security and to your departure gate. 75 minutes is well below what I would recommend for this transfer, but it is possible, especially considering that T6/T7 immigration will probably not be busy at the time you arrive.

my flight will arrive from LAS into Terminal 7 at 10:34am and I need to connect to a flight to Narita (from Terminal 7) that is departing at 11:45am. Do you think I (non-US Citizen) have time to clear immigration and security check? Thanks!

You do not go through US Immigration when leaving the United States. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have plenty of time.

  • From Bradley's terminal to DELTA's flight in 2 hours 40'

my son will arrive from SPAIN with Iberia at Bradley's at 4:10PM and has to get the DELTA flight to Phoenix at 6:50PM, that gives him 2 hours 40 minutes to do it. is it possible to do this? his passport is Spanish. Thank you!

Yes, that is possible. If he purchased two separate tickets he needs to follow the sign for passengers ending their journey in LA (to the left after customs), then exit the International Terminal, then walk to the right (with traffic). The second building he will come to is Delta's Terminal 5. He will then have to re-check his bags a the check-in counter there and pay a checked bag fee. He can save some time by checking in online and paying the bag fee online before he leaves Spain.

  • Enough time to get from Bradley Terminal to Terminal 1

Hi, I have a flight scheduled to land from London at 6:30pm and then have another flight with Southwest at 8:10 pm. What's the fastest way I could get to terminal one? I'll have two large suitcases with me.

The fastest way is to walk. You will have to bring your bags with you and wait in line to check them with Southwest and then go through security in T1. You will need to be in Terminal 1 by 7:25. That leaves you just 55 minutes to get off the plane, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, and walk to Terminal 1 (which takes about 10-15 minutes). I wouldn't say that this connection is impossible, but it will be extremely difficult.

  • Enough time for connection- Terminal 7?

My son arrives at LAX from LHR at 1.45p.m June 16, his connecting flight to SEA leaves at 3.28p.m. He is flying with United Airlines, and United Express for the domestic leg. He is flying on an e-ticket, so I think his arrival and departure will be at Terminal 7-am I correct? Will he have time to clear immigration and customs, recheck his bag etc in less than two hours? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Yes, that should be enough time. Yes, he should arrive and go through Immigration in Terminal 7 and will depart from Terminal 7 or 8 (really just two sides of the same terminal).

I booked a flight from MCI to LAX on Southwest with 2 hours and 10 mins between my next flight LIH on Hawaiian Airlines. I'll need to go pick up my checked in luggage and check it back in to the other flight. How long will (could) this take me?

Assuming your flight from MCI is on-time, your bags should come out within 30 minutes. It will take you about 5 minutes to Walk from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2. So assuming the first flight is on-time that still puts you at the Hawaiian check-in counter 1 hr 35 minutes before your flight, plenty of time.
