can we make it from terminal 6 to 3Nov 24, 201120can we make it to terminal 3 v australia from terminal 6 delta in an hour and how do we do this with as less hassel as possibleterposted on Sat, Nov 19[ Reply ][ Like ]1. As international arrivals, you need to go through passport control, pick up your bags, go through Customs clearance and then re-check-in your bags (make sure they indicate all 3 airports - and ask your incoming airline if they transfer to a Delta flight - not all airlines do!). Count on 30-45 mins for this procedure. Thereafter you need to exit T6 and take the LAX bus Route A on lower arrival level island in front of each terminal, under sign 'LAX shuttle airline connection', which runs every 12-15 mins. Your stops after Terminal 6 are: T7, T8 over to T1, T2 & T3 - 5 stops - add another 12 mins. At Terminal 3 you need to go through security and on to your connecting flight. DO MAKE SURE you have the right terminal - I have Delta listing at T5 which has gates 50-69 (T3 has gates 30-39). Look at your ticket.1039posted on Sun, Nov 20

Quantis into Bradley? Closest Cell LotNov 19, 201110Driving in from San Diego EARLY am. Where is a safe/ close cell lot for picking up passengers coming in from Sydney on Quantis?mrsg9064posted on Fri, Nov 18The Cell Phone Lot (free for up to 2 hours) is located adjacent to the southwest corner of Economy Parking Lot C, or a quarter-mile from 96th Street Bridge entrance into the LAX terminal complex. Stay with your car until your party has picked up luggage and calls you to be picked up at the curb of the Central Terminal area. Keep in mind that your party, upon arrival, needs to go through passport control, pick up luggage, and go through Customs clearance, before heading for the terminal's exit - count on about half an hour for this. Arrival will be most likely in the TBIT /TB terminal, which is in the center of the U-shaped terminal complex.MUCposted on Sat, Nov 19

Fastest from TBIT to T1Nov 18, 201110I am arriving on Singapore Air which I assume will be at TBIT. I then have 90 min to clear customs and catch a Southwest flight (T1?). No baggage claim. What is my fastest route?cfmposted on Thu, Nov 17Yes - arrival at TBIT - Departure at T1; yes/no as to 90 mins (if arriving plane is late, you are out of luck. 1. you need to go at TBIT through passport check, retrieve checked bags, go through customs clearance and re-check-in bag (the tag should indicate layover and final destination Airport Codes). Count on 30-40 minutes for this. 2. Thereafter you need to take the LAX bus Route A on lower arrival level island in front of each terminal, under sign 'LAX shuttle airline connection', which runs every 12-15 mins. The bus stops at T4-T5, makes a curve and arrives at T1 - six stops add another 15 mins. At T1 you need to go through security check again, and up to your gate.MUCposted on Fri, Nov 18

UnitedNov 17, 201110Hi there, I am arriving on United flight from Sydney and have two hours to clear customs and make a domestic flight to DC. Is there time? And how? :)***posted on Wed, Nov 161. United' international flights are in Terminal 6 - your departure depends on which Airline you use (T1 has gates 1-14 served by Southwest, US Airways; T2 has has 21-39, T3 30-39; T4 42-49; T5 50-69; T6 60-69; T7 70-77; T8 80-88 - look at your Ticket for gate number. 2. Unless you have gone through US customs clearance by participating airports in Canada, Caribbean, etc., you need to go through passport check, retrieve checked bags, go through customs clearance and - if transferring to another flight - re-check-in bag (the tag should indicate layover and final destination Airport Codes). Count on 30-45 minutes. 3. To transfer to another terminal, you need to exit T6 and take the LAX bus Route A on lower arrival level island in front of each terminal, under sign 'LAX shuttle airline connection', which runs every 12-15 mins. Your next stops are T7,8,1,2,3,TB,T4,T5, each stops takes about 2 mins.MUCposted on Thu, Nov 17

Terminal 7 to 4 - enough timeNov 14, 201120Hi there, I'm flying in to terminal 7 on a United flight - at least I think that's the correct terminal - arriving at 8.15pm and I need to be on a QF leaving at 11.25pm. Will I have enough time to get my bag off the domestic United flight then check it + clear immigration for the Qantas flight from terminal 4?redposted on Mon, Nov 141. United Express serves both terminals 7 and 8 (look at your ticket for gate number - T7 has gates 70-77; T8 has gates 80-88. As only T5, 6 & 7 are connected by tunnel, you need to exit your domestic terminal and catch the LAX bus Route A on lower arrival level island in front of each terminal, under sign 'LAX shuttle airline connection', which runs every 12-15 mins. (T8 to T4 - 4 stops - about 10 mins. 2. Only international arrivals (US and foreign citizens) need to go through customs clearance. When checking in your bags at your original Airport, make sure your bags are properly tagged to your end destination.HH39posted on Mon, Nov 14on 11/28 will be arriving at lax on American Eagle (partner w/Alaska) then connecting to Alaska flight to Cabo San Lucas. distanceNov 12, 201111how long would it take to walk from terminal 2 to terminal 8***posted on Fri, Nov 111 person likes this post [ Like ]Unfortunately, you cannot walk. Terminals are arranged in U-shape - TBIT is in the inside curve, T4-8 are to the right, T3-1 are to the left. You need to exit T2 and take the LAX bus Route A on lower arrival level island in front of the terminal, under sign 'LAX shuttle airline connection', which runs every 12-15 mins. Your next stops are: T3, TBIT, T4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 - seven stops about 15-17 mins.1039posted on Sat, Nov 12

connection between gates 55 and 69BNov 11, 201110We are scheduled to arrive at 220pm at gate 55 and leave again at 255pm out of gate 69B. You said there is a tunnel between these terminals...This seems like a very tight airline created connection. How long will it take us to cover that distance?LMPposted on Thu, Nov 10

terminal 1 to terminal 3Nov 6, 201110Do you have to go through security to transfer from terminal 1 to terminal 3? I land at 1 and want to meet my daughter who is landing at 3 2 hours later.mmcdposted on Sat, Nov 5Yes, terminals 1, 2 & 3 are not connected. You need to exit Terminal 1 and take the LAX bus Route A on lower arrival level island in front of each terminal, under sign 'LAX shuttle airline connection', which runs every 12-15 mins. Your 2 stops take another few minutes. At Terminal 3 you best bet is to meet your daughter near the information counter in the baggage claim area.1039posted on Sun, Nov 6
