I was just given an update on my terminal for our flight on American.
They said the terminal was now terminal 0 ? Anyone know where this is at LAX?
There is no Terminal 0. American uses Terminals 4 and 6.
Hi,

I bought AA tickets from Hong Kong to Minnesota, landing in LAX 4.30pm on Friday and leaving 6.15pm to Minneapolis. Is this enough time? If we missed the connecting flight, is AA going to compensate for the next flight to Minneapolis
Do I have to check out the luggage from LAX and checking to Minneapolis again if I bought AA tickets all the way?
We are arriving AA from phx at 21:40 and depart at 23:55 AA Internatioal. How far and long is our transit, do we have time?
Yes, that is enough time. You should just have to walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
All of American's departure gates are in Terminal 4. You just walk to your departure gate. No further security, immigration, or customs checks in LA.
Two of us will be flying from Santa Rosa to LAX via Alaska Airlines, arriving at 1:15pm. We will need to then go to Southwest Terminal to catch a flight at 3pm. Carry on baggage only. Is this enough time? Purchased as two separate tickets with each airline. Trip in March. Thanks!
It's enough time as long as the flight from Santa Rosa is on-time and you move quickly. You will have to go through security again in Terminal 1.
Thank you for your reply. I just posted an updated question as I have the airlines narrowed down. Just trying to figure out now which terminal increases by option for more time. Going from either T 4 or 6 to T 1? Thanks!
Alaska and American codeshare and some flights will appear to have an American flight number. But all Santa Rosa flights are Horizon/Alaska-operated and use Terminal 6.
Same flights: Delta Airline;
TSA Pre-check;
Only carry-on;
Arrival at 10:20pm at Terminal 5;
Departure at 11:50pm from Terminal 3.

Questions: 1) do we have enough time; 2) what's the process; and 3) which is quicker, taking free shuttle or walking; 3)

Delta does not use Terminal 3 at LAX. Where are you flying from and where are you going?
Delta's system is down. Maybe I was wrong about the terminal.
We fly from Seattle (SEA) to LAX; then from LAX to Cancun, Mexico. Thank you very much!
Then both flights will be in Terminal 5. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Hi! What terminal does on fly out on for Southwest International flights to Mexico? Is it 1 or 2? Thanks!!
They depart from Terminal 1. They arrive in Terminal 2.
Thank you very much!
I am looking at connecting flights through LAX, and one ticket that is through Air Canada flies United into T7 from Hawaii, and then AC out of T2 back to Toronto. Will at 1h 15 min layover be enough to get from T7 to T2? We will have checked bags and am assuming won't have to go through customs until we get back to Canada? Thank you
Yes, that is enough time. Yes, all you have to do in LAX is go to Terminal 2 and go through security.
Thanks for your response! What if we have to gate check a stroller?
Then you will get it at the gate in T7 and re-check it at the gate in T2. It shouldn't cost you that much time.
United will check your bags through to Toronto; be sure your bag tags say LAX and YYZ before the agent takes them from you (you can't use curbside check in at Honolulu since you are on a international journey). There is a free Airline Connections bus that runs counterclockwise around the airport. T2 will be the second stop after T7. Bring stroller with you and gate check at T2. Good luck. ps Honolulu should be able to generate your AC boarding passes for LAX-Toronto.
Hi, I have a Delta flight from San Diego coming in at 11:05am in T5, and then a departing WestJet flight at 12:40 in T2.

Is that enough time to make that connection? Will I have to go through security again? (It was all booked on the same reservation through Delta so I assume I do not need to pick up my bags)
Yes, you will have to go through security again in T2. You have just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Your bags will be transferred for you at LAX if the journey is all on one ticket.
I am a U.S. citizen flying in from South Korea. I make a 4 hour stop in Japan then I land in LAX at Terminal B. I have a 2 hour layover and a connecting flight on Japan Airlines 7558 (it doesn't say which terminal). Do I have enough time?
Your last flight will be operated by American and depart from Terminal 4. You have enough time.
Coming from Canada on Air Canada, going to Roatan on Avianca, what terminals will I use?
You will arrive in Terminal 2. There are no nonstop flights from Los Angeles to Roatan. Where are you stopping first?
