Hi, I have a flight from GSP to Honolulu with a 1 hour layover in LAX. I am flying American Airlines on both flights. Will the 1 hour be enough? Will I have to switch terminals? Thanks!
I meant I ATL not GSP
Yes, that is enough time. You may have to switch terminals as American runs domestic flights from both terminals 4 and 6, but they are connected inside security by a pedestrian tunnel.

Hi I am flying in from Brisbane on QANTAS at 6am and am hoping to catch a connecting flight to Edmonton (via Seattle) on Alaska airlines (terminal 6) at 8am. Is there an express lane at customs and will I have enough time? Thank you
No, there is no express lane at US Immigration or Customs. Are both flights on the same reservation or is it two separate reservations?
2 separate reservations
Then that will be pretty difficult if you have checked baggage since you will have to transfer it to Alaska Airlines yourself.
I have a flight on Air Canada landing at LAX at 9:02pm in terminal 2. I need to get to International Terminal B for my flight at 11:30pm. Is that enough time? I know i have to go through security to go out and then in. But do I have to get my checked bags as well?
What airline are you flying out of the International Terminal? Are both flights on the same reservation or is it two separate reservations?
Fiji airways
So it's two separate reservations? If that's the case then you will have to claim your checked bags from Air Canada in Terminal 2, re-check them in the International Terminal with Fiji Airways, and go through security.
Hi. We're flying from NAN-Fiji to ORD with a long layover in LAX. It's one booking with Fiji Airways, but the LAX-ORD flight is American-5012. How do we transfer from the International terminal to the American domestic terminal? Do we have to collect luggage and then recheck at the domestic terminal?
You will arrive in the International Terminal, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then go through the new security checkpoint in the International Terminal and walk through the new connector building to Terminal 4 where you depart.
How long does it typically take to get thru customs in LAX coming from New Zealand?
Immigration and customs itself will probably take 30-45 minutes.
i have a 58min layover and i need to get from termial 4 to 5? do i have time?
Are your flights on the same reservation or two separate reservations? What airlines are you flying? Where are you flying from and to? Do you have checked bags?
We are leaving Seattle to LAX and a connecting flight is 30 minutes from when the next plane takes off. Will we have to go off the 1st plane and get onto the second before it leaves the gate with Virgin Airlines?
Where are you flying to on the second flight? Are they Virgin America? There is no "Virgin Airlines".
Flt on AA on Saturday from Cabo arrives 2:36pm and leaving on 5:15pm connection to Kona. Is that enough time to clear customs and catch flight? Will I need to collect luggage before customs? Will both flights be in Terminal 4? thank you!
Yes, that is enough time if everything goes smoothly. Yes, you will have to claim your bags to go through US customs. Yes, both flights should be in Terminal 4.
We have a domestic flight via Delta arriving in LAX at 10:24pm booked separate from our international flight out of Air China at 12:50am. We have one check in luggage. Will that be enough time to claim our bag, walk to TBIT, check in at the counter, and go through security?
That is just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
