Customer Service Center
for visitor information is located at Concourse C Lobby, at level 2 of the Terminal (tel. 504-303-7792 - open 5am-9pm.

Traveler’s Aid Booth
Tel: (504) 464-3522 - located in the East Baggage Claim. Traveler’s Aid provides assistance to travelers in distress and provide tourist information. The hours of this counter vary since it is staffed with volunteers.

Baggage Storage
Baggage storage is available on the lower level between Baggage Claims 5 and 6.
VIP Baggage Check Service is operated by "Rush It Courier Service". Storage is available for regular and oversized items.

Advance check-in for cruise travelers
(a) 'Advance Check-In' is located near baggage claim belt 1 on the Lower Level (tel. 1-877-467-8898).  Travelers flying into New Orleans can have their luggage forwarded directly from the New Orleans Airport to the cruise ship or local hotel. This service is also available for travelers wishing to have their luggage transferred from the cruise ship or hotel to the airport at the end of their trip to New Orleans.
(b) 'Rush It' also offers full service cruise ship check-in from their Airport Office and can transport your luggage from the Airport to the Cruise Ship with advance check-in on the ship. For more information, contact a baggage coordinator at (504) 471-0080.

Baggage Storage
Baggage storage is available on the lower level between Baggage Claims 5 and 6.

The Delta Crown Room is located between gates 2 & 4 on Concourse D.

Tax-Free Shopping for Interntional Arrivals (tel. 504-467-0723 - pen 8:30am-4:30pm weekdays, 9am-1pm weekends)
Requirements: foreign passport, international airline ticket, stay at US under 90 days. 

Visual Paging is available throughout the airport in conjunction with the Flight Information Display Monitors.

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance .  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.  For Terminal and /or Concourse connections, please refer to 'Terminal Map' page.

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and  check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.

1. The Lost & Found Office at MSY Airport (tel. 504-303-7520) is on the Upper Level in the West Terminal; open Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.

2. If you lost an item  onboard your airplane, at ticket counter or at gate area, contact your airline's lost & found department.

3. If you lost an item at the security checkpoint, contact TSA Support Operations Center at 504-463-2248.

Post Office (for dropoffs only):
Ticket Lobby near the Concourse B Lobby. Stamps are available at news & gift shops.

Drop-of boxes for FedEx & UPS:
On level 2 of te terminal, near elevators to the Concourse D Lobby.

Pets are not allowed inside the terminal complex, unless in a kennel - with the exception of working dogs on a  leash.

A Pet Relief area for Working Dogs is in a small grassy area of the short-term parking garage across from the terminal (exit through the baggage claim level -  near the rental car counters). 

Smoking is not allowed inside the Terminal. However,  designated smoking locations are on the upper and lower ramps outside the terminal.
