Guest Services at Louisville SDF Airport

Information Booth: Location: lower level baggage claim area. Dial Ext. 277 on the beige courtesy phones in the terminal or (502) 368-6524 from phones outside the terminal.
Open: Mon-Wed 8am-8pm; Thu/Fri: 8am-midnight; Sat: noon-8pm; Sun: noon to midnight; Holidays: noon-8pm.
The booth is staffed daily by the volunteer Airport Ambassadors who provide airport and tourist information and assistance.

Rental Cars, Baggage Claim, and Hotel/Motel Reservation Center: Located on the lower level.

Preferred Traveler Program: A TSA-approved Registered Traveler (RT) program called Preferred Traveler is now available in Louisville. Customers who enroll in the Preferred Traveler program are provided an enhanced security checkpoint experience and other member benefits. Members pay an annual fee and are pre-screened. After the application process is complete, members receive a smart card that allows use of expedited lanes through security checkpoints at more than 20 other participating airports nationwide. Lost & Found at Louisville SDF Airport

1. For items lost on the airplane, contact your airline.
2. For items lost at security checkpoint call TSA's lost & found at 502-413-0900.
3. For items lost in a restaurant, call HMS Host at (502) 363-2526; if item was lost in a gift shop; call Paradies at (502) 368-7720. .
2. For items lost in the public areas of the terminal, contact the airport police department (502) 380-8264, located on the ticketing concourse across from the Southwest ticket counter.

Mail Center / U.S. Post Office at Louisville SDF Airport

There is a mail drop airside.

Pets / Animals at Louisville SDF Airport

Animals are not permitted in the terminals at the Airport unless they are being used to assist disabled individuals, or are in proper pet carriers.

Smoking at Louisville SDF Airport

A smoking lounge is available on the third level mezzanine.
