Guest Services at Louisville SDF Airport

Translation services: 
The Information Booth on the baggage claim level of the terminal provides such services via 3-way phone call to a translation center with upto 170 languages.

The Information Booth
is on the ground level's baggage claim area and is staffed daily by the volunteer Airport Ambassadors who provide airport and tourist information and assistance. You can contact Information inside the terminal from any of the beige courtesy phones by diarling Ext. 277 or by calling from outside (502) 368-6524.

Rental Cars, Baggage Claim, and Hotel/Motel Reservation Center: Located on the lower level.

Preferred Traveler Program: A TSA-approved Registered Traveler (RT) program called Preferred Traveler is now available in Louisville. Customers who enroll in the Preferred Traveler program are provided an enhanced security checkpoint experience and other member benefits. Members pay an annual fee and are pre-screened. After the application process is complete, members receive a smart card that allows use of expedited lanes through security checkpoints at more than 20 other participating airports nationwide. International Travelers at Louisville SDF Airport

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance .  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.  For Terminal and /or Concourse connections, please refer to 'Terminal Map' page.

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and  check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.

Lost & Found at Louisville SDF Airport

1. For items lost on the airplane, contact your airline's Lost & Found department.
2. For items lost at security checkpoint call TSA's lost & found at 502-413-0900.
3. For items lost in a restaurant, call HMS Host at (502) 363-2526; if item was lost in a gift shop; call Paradies at (502) 368-7720. .
4. For items lost in the public areas of the terminal, contact the airport police department (tel. (502) 380-8264), located on the ticketing concourse next to the American & Frontier ticket counter.

Animals are not permitted in the terminals at the Airport unless they are being used to assist disabled individuals, or are in proper pet carriers.

Pet relief areas at SDF Airport are located outside, across from the rental car counters on either side of the lower baggage level.  level.
