The booth is staffed daily by the volunteer Airport Ambassadors who provide airport and tourist information and assistance.

Rental Cars, Baggage Claim, and Hotel/Motel Reservation Center: Located on the lower level.

Preferred Traveler Program: A TSA-approved Registered Traveler (RT) program called Preferred Traveler is now available in Louisville. Customers who enroll in the Preferred Traveler program are provided an enhanced security checkpoint experience and other member benefits. Members pay an annual fee and are pre-screened. After the application process is complete, members receive a smart card that allows use of expedited lanes through security checkpoints at more than 20 other participating airports nationwide. 2. For items lost in the public areas of the terminal, contact the airport police department (502) 380-8264, located on the ticketing concourse across from the Southwest ticket counter.

There is a mail drop airside.

Animals are not permitted in the terminals at the Airport unless they are being used to assist disabled individuals, or are in proper pet carriers.

A smoking lounge is available on the third level mezzanine.
