Dear all, I'm going to fly from Dallas to Milan qith AA with a stop-over in Madrid. What should i do with my baggage? They will be shipped directly in Milan or should i recheck themi n Madrid? Thank you!

If your bags are properly tagged with all three airport codes, they will arrive automatically in Milan, since you only use one airline.

However, since you arrive in the EU in Madrid, you will have to claim them in immigration there and then drop them at re-check. It's not that complicated.

On January 6th I flew from Madrid- NY in the airline me and my brother took they only allowed us to check in one bag each. After we check in 2 bags American Airlines informed us we could not check in another unless we pay a 60 euro fee we did not have any cash on us or anything on our cards that we had. They also would not accept a credit card number, and we were about to miss our flight. We were going to leave our bags in the lockers but as I said previously we had no number. Our only option was to leave the bag in madrid. We left it hoping someone would bring it to lost luggage. I have tried to call lost luggage a few times ( calling long distance -which is expensive) and noone speaks english, so I cannot understand who or where I can call to attempt to get my clothing back. I packed my bag for 4 months so it's basically my entire wardrobe. If anyone sees this who can help me let me know!! my number is 5164250470(US) and my email is rachel.borkowski1@gmail.com please help!! thank you!!

different airlines have different rules. You need to read up on the AA site for their baggage rules in terms of how many, size, weight & overweight charges. Lost baggage is also their responsibility - not the Airport's.

Left Canon SLR camera within Lowepro bag at the transit security point (before accessing halls A and B) on January 4th at 12:15 pm. When we came back for it one hour later it was no longer there.

The Transit security point is likely the domain of airlines. Therefore I suggest you contact your airline for any lost or left items and complete a form called Property Irregularity Report.

my son Shay Tsfoni. has lost his Israeli pasport on flight AA5678 That took off from JFK 28/7 at 6pm and landed in Madrid 29/7 at 7:15am. Can you help me?

Since your son lost his passport onboard AA, he needs to contact American Airlines.
