I am taking a flight next week on United from IAD to MAD (UA163) I arrive at 0740am. I am then leaving to Porto Portugal on RyanAir (FR5482) @0920. I am unsure how far these gates are apart and if I am just "connecting" yet on two different airlines how the customs procedure goes. If anyone can help me with info on needing to clear customs or not and how far the gates are apart that would be great. (note: I have been watching these flights and I do realize that the gates can change but this seems to be their general gates they utilize daily thus far. Thanks!
I am travelling from Malaga to Madrid T4 with Iberia arriving at 11.50 and depart with Iberia to Los Angeles from T4S at 12.45 so only have 55 mins for connection will this be enough time and is there any secruity or passport control during this connection.
I have a flight from Faro, Portugal to Madrid on Iberia arriving in Madrid at 2:50pm. And then I have a departing flight on Avinca at 5:25pm to Bogata in Business class. I will have 7 people traveling. They are on separate tickets. Will this be enough time? Will I have to go through US immigration?
Yes, that should be enough time. Why on earth would there be US Immigration when traveling from Portugal to Spain to Colombia? You will go through Schengen Exit Passport Control in Madrid after you check in for your flight to Bogota.
I have a connecting flight with terminal 4 level 1. Arrive on Air Nostrum from Granada at 15.00 an dleave for Dublin on Iberia Express at 15.50.... But the time is only 45 minutes - will I need to clear security again and will I make it in 45 minutes - is seems very short to me? Iberia told me miminum connection time is 45 minutes!
