    Aena, who manages all Airports in Spain, does not indicate a fax number. While its general telephone number is +34 91 321 1000, it states to call Aena's Airport Division at 902 404 704 or +34 913 211 000, or email: servicios-aeropurtuarios@aena.es.

    If you lost the item at security check - contact the Airport Operator at clientesmad@aena.es (tel. +34 91 321 1000 - not sure if they speak English - MAD site is in Spanish only). If you lost your item at the gate area you need to contact your airline's lost & found department, and then complete their special lost & found form.

    We traveled today, July 7 2012 from Madrid to GA (Delta #3626) and connected from GA to SFO (Delta #8796). We lost our Canon digital camera that is mainly silver and may have some black in it. I'm not sure if my husband put it back in the case and if so, it will be an orange case. If found, pls contact me as this camera has pictures from our honeymoon and first time in Europe.     If you lost your camera onboard the aircraft or in the gate areas, you need to contact your airline's lost & found department.
