Manhattan Airport has a single terminal building that is divided into two levels. The upper level is used for departures, while the lower level is used for arrivals. Manhattan Airport has one security checkpoint located on the main level of the terminal building. Passengers are required to pass through security before entering the gate area. The airport recommends arriving at least 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to allow enough time for check-in and security screening.

Fast Track Lanes and Locations

MHK Airport does not currently offer any fast track lanes for expedited security screening. However, TSA PreCheck is available for eligible passengers, allowing them to use dedicated screening lanes and keep their shoes, belts, and light jackets on, as well as leave laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags.

Passport & Immigration Control Locations

As a domestic airport, the airport does not have passport and immigration control locations. However, passengers traveling internationally will need to go through customs and immigration upon arrival at their destination airport.

Global Entry allows for expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers entering the United States. To apply for Global Entry, travelers must complete an online application and schedule an appointment at an enrollment center for an in-person interview.

Airport Lounge Locations

Manhattan Airport may be a small airport, but it still offers a few lounges for passengers to relax in before their flights. The airport has a United Club lounge located near gate 2.
