Martinique Aime Cesaire International Airport FDF at Fort-de-France serves the French island of Martinique in the Caribbean.
FDF Airport is accessible from motorway RNT, the main north/south artery, and is located in the town of Le Lamentin, which is a suburb of the capital city of Fort-de-France.

With a long runway and 1.9 million passengers in 2016, Aime Cesaire Aiport serves the city of Fort-de-France and is Martinique's exclusive Airport.

The passenger terminal is divided between
 - Arrivals with baggage claim, banking facilities, rental cars, pharmacy, & haircare - and
 - Departures with security check, duty-free zone,  gift shop, restaurants, bars & cafes, and access to the airline gates with airbridges.

Cesaire Airport has two on-airport hotels.

- Taxis are the only on-Airport transport option - you pay between 20-60 Euros to get to your hotel (not including a 40-percent surcharge on night time, Sunday or holiday travel).
- Ferries ('vedetes') jet between the marinas of Fort-de-France, Pointe du Bout, Anse-Mitan and Anse-a-l'Ane - taking around 20 minutes one-way - the round trip costs about 7 Euros.

Present and future Airport developments: Due to increasing passenger counts - during 2017 a new aircarft parking area, and a new terminal area for regional passengers are to be under construcion.
