Our flight out was delayed 3 hours. It was late night and after passing the security check point no vendors were available for food or drinks. Very poor communication from airline notifing us of the delay or any status on it.

After arriving from a delayed flight late at night, found our car with a flat tire. We lived out of town, 1 hour away. No choice but to change the tire and use our spare. Went inside to administration to ask for help such as a flashlight. Very rude employess, stated that was McAllen's police dept job and they were busy at that time. She made no attempt to contact anyone to help us. Never again will we fly out of this airport!

I wanted to see a map so I would easily find economy parking at 4 a.m., but no map is displayed
