  • From concourse E to D

I need to make my way from E (where i land) to D where my mother lands. Do i just take the tram? I have luggage to pick up.

It depends what airline your mother is flying. If she is on United then she will use the same baggage claim as you. If not, she will use the baggage claim in Terminal 1, in which case you will have to take the shuttle bus there after claiming your bags if you need to meet her at the airport.

IS THERE A WAY TO CONNECT BETWEEN CONCOURSE B AND C TO CONCOURSE D?

    Yes, there is a train.

I am flying into Terminal 1 on Southwest and arrive at 9:40 p.m. I am meeting someone flying into Terminal 3 on United that arrives at 10:00 p.m. I am not checking any bags, will I have time to get from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 to meet the friend so we can share a ride to the hotel?

Yes, that will probably be enough time.

  • D gates to WN gates

I'll be departing LAS tomorrow evening, and I just found out a relative has a layover (3 to 4 hours) tomorrow late afternoon. I'm on DL, so I'll be out of the D gates, but they'll be on WN, probably C gates. Is there any sort of connection between the B/C gates and D? Or is the only way to leave security, walk down the hallway to the D gates, and clear security again? I don't think there is, but wasn't sure. I only fly DL in/out of LAS, so I've never been to the other gates. I was planning on getting to the airport an hour or two earlier than usual so we can catch up over dinner, and trying to figure out the most convenient way. I don't want her to have to leave security and then have to reclear it again. However, I have PreCheck. Can I go through the Pre line for the B/C gates, even though my DL flight will leave from D? That way I can get through quick, meet up for some food, and then clear security again easily at D gates. Thanks in advance

Do the shuttles between term 3 and term 1 operate 24 hours a day? If not what time of the day is their first ride?

I am arriving by way of Southwest into the C Gates (Terminal 1), but my car is parked at Terminal 3 (departed on United). Can I access the D gates without exiting security so to take the inter-terminal tram between T1 and T3?

You should be able to, but it may require walking back towards the security checkpoint then following signs to the D gates.

    Thanks, much appreciated.

Which concourse does Alaska Air use?

Concourse d. However you'll go through terminal 3 for ticketing and baggage claim.

  • Terminal 3 to Terminal 1 at midnight in 1 hour

I will arrive at terminal 3 by HA18 at 11:45PM and leave at terminal 1 by US674 at terminal 1 at 12:59AM My questions are: 1) Will inter-terminal train operate at those time? 2) If I take the train, do I need to pass security? Many thanks,

Yes, the trains are running at that time. Note that you just have to take the train from Terminal 3 to the D concourse. You do not actually have to go to Terminal 1 as long as you check-in online for your US Airways flight and print your boarding pass in Hawaii. You will not have to go through security.

  • Tram from T3 to T1 for a Southwest flight?

Hi, I live within walking distance to T3. I have a Southwest flight in T1. Can I check in at T3 and take the tram to the D gates and then C gates? Or do I have to take the shuttle bus out front?

For clarification, I already printed my boarding pass so really I guess I'm asking if they will let me through security in T3 for a flight that leaves out of T1?

Technically yes, they should let you though security in T3.

    Alright, thanks!!

  • Connecting from Southwest to BA

Flying into LAS from RNO on Southwest and then out from LAS to LHR on BA. Will we be able to get our bags checked through to LHR and, if so, can we use the tram?

Southwest does not check bags through to any other airlines. You will have to claim them in T1 and take them on the shuttle bus to T3 to check them with BA. Leave at Least 2.5 hours for your transfer.

What gate will SW 4808 depart on December 19, 2014?

Southwest uses the B and C concourses in Terminal 1. You will not know the exact gate until the day of your flight.

My son is landing in Vegas at terminal 3 on Alaska airlines, he has 35 minutes to get to a shuttle at terminal 1 zero level, whre does he go, the minute he gets off the plane? Thank you

If he does not have checked bags he can take the underground train to the D-gates and then a separate underground train from the D-gates to Terminal 1 and then follow the signs to the baggage claim. If he has checked bags he has to take a shuttle https://www.mccarran.com/Go/Inter-TerminalShuttle.aspx

He only has a carry on, so is the underground clearly marked? He's at the E gates. Then when he gets to baggage claim, where does he exit to the pedestrian walk to the parking where the St. George shuttle waits? Thx!!

I have no first hand info on that shuttle so that I can't help you with.
