MLB Airport Overview
Melbourne International Airport MLB is located outside the City of Melbourne, which is situated at Central Florida's East coast. If you use the main artery, the I-95, use the following exits: from the North--take Exit 183 (Sarno Road); from the South--take Exit 180 (to US 192). The Airport opens at 4:30am and closes usually with the last flight of the day. Delta Air Lines and Delta Connection offer nonstop jet service to Atlanta with daily connections to over 500 destinations in 94 countries. Baer Air offers regularly scheduled international flights to the Bahamas and on-demand charter service. For the visitor, the area offers endless sun-drenched beaches, a visit to the Space Museum, as well as dozens of amusement parks small and large, with Disney Land in Orlando as top attraction.
The passenger terminal includes free WiFi access, a staffed visitor information desk, a rental car desks for on-site rental cars, a game room, restaurant, snack bar, and gift shop, and an ATM machine,
Parking is available in the parking lot located a short distance from the ticketing area of the terminal, with the first 30 minutes free and a daily rate of $9. At present, parking lot modifications include canopy structures over the pedestrian walkways in the parking lot and modification of the steel overhang structure in front of the terminal building.
To get from the Airport to your destination, ou can rent a car or use Intermodal transportaton facilities which include: a Greyhound Bus Station at the passenger terminal; Space Coast Area Transit (SCAT) bus service; Taxi-Limo-Shuttle Vans; and Charter Buses.
