Emergency / Medical Services at Memphis MEM Airport

In case of emergency pick up any airport phone and dial 911.

Medical Care at MEM Airport:

The Dorothy L. Bobbitt Health Station is available for illnesses, minor injuries, accidents and any emergencies that may occur. A registered nurse is available daily Mo-Fri, 8am-4:30pm.

Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs):
Memphis International Airport has 25 AEDs connected to the alarm systems and installed in the three airport terminals. Additional AEDs under the control of Airport Staff located in the following areas: Police - Communications and Operations - Health Station


People With Special Needs / Persons With Disabilities at Memphis MEM Airport

1. When making flight reservations, state your special needs, including wheelchair assistance or special lifts.  If a person needs to accompany you to the gate area, that person needs special permission from the Airline.

2. MEM Airport as ADA-accessible parking spaces and shuttle service.

3. Please contact your airline in advance for wheelchair assistance or passenger lifts.

4. TDD/TTY Telephones at MEM Airport:  at Concourses A , gate 25 and across from Arby's; at Concourse B gate 7; and at Concourse C gate 9, and across from Backyard Burger.
