If you lost an item at the check-in counter, at gate area or onboard your airplane, contact your airline or its handling agent:
1. Air One - Arrivals baggage claim
2. ARE Handling - Terminal 1, Airstation, Arrivals, Baggage Claim A
3. ATA Handling - Arrivals Baggage Area;Terminal 1, Airstation, Arrivals, Baggage Claim A & B
4. Bagagli Smarriti - Terminal 2, Arrivals, Baggage Claim; Lost & Found: Terminal 1, Airstation, Arrivals, Baggage Claim B.
5. Ritiro bagagli smarriti - Terminal 1, Airstaton, Arrivals, land side.
6. SEA Handling - Arrivals, Baggage Claim; Terminal 1: Airstation, Arrivals, Baggage Claim A & B.

If you lost an item at one of the Terminals, contact the Information desk or the Police (Carabinieri - tel. +39.0331.782109)

Pets are not allowed at the airport unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their requirements. Contact the embassy of your destination if you plan to take your animal out of the country.

Smoking is not permitted at Malpensa Airport.
