I'm flying in from Iceland and I'm not some how long I should give myself to get to my next flight to Denver. I have not book the MSP to Den flight yet. My flight from Iceland lands in MSP at 10 am.
I wouldn't book anything before 1 PM.
I am flying Fargo to Minneapolis with a 1 hour layover in Minneapolis then going to Cancun.

The way back we are flying Cancun to Minneapolis with a 1 hour and 35 minute layover then heading back to Fargo.

I am worried about our checked bag. do we have to pick it up and re check every time in Minneapolis or does it just transfer to the next plane?
On your way to Cancun all you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate in MSP. On the way back to Fargo you will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then go through security and to your departure gate. Both ways you should have enough time.
Thank you for your help!
I'm flying Calgary-Minneapolis-Delhi. I have only 1 hour connection time in Minneapolis. Will that be enough to clear customs ? Do I need to clear customs, collect baggage and again re check in ? Thanks
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Calgary. All you have to do in Minneapolis is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I don't know who figures out how many screeners are needed at security checkpoints, but whoever it is should have to stand in line for 50 minutes at 1:00 on a Wednesday afternoon to get their paycheck. Give yourself plenty of time. After all these years, this place still doesn't get it.
It can take a long time to get through the TSA security checkpoint at MSP - if you transfer between flights, allow a two-hour transfer time.
