Hey, I will be flying from Saint Louis to Minneapolis and then to Amsterdam. Delta just rescheduled my first flight departure time so I will have only 35 minutes layover in Minneapolis! Is it possible to make it? It's going to be an 8 hours long flight to Amsterdam, I cannot miss it!!!

Yes, that is possible. Although you could call Delta and see if they can instead change you to a longer connection in Detroit or Atlanta.

This is a Delta flight from Winnipeg Canada.

You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Winnipeg. All you have to do in MSP is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.

Hi, I'll be arriving from Las Vegas on DL2051, and have a 35m layover to catchDL164 to Amsterdam. Does anyone know, will the gates be close together? is this do-able or shall I ask them to rebook my flight?

Yes, that is possible. You can get from any gate to any other Delta gate in MSP in 10 minutes.

    thanks - that's a big relief!

I will be flying from SFO to Boston in Delta flight(DL 1938) which has 1h 34m layover in Minneapolis Saint Paul International Airport (MSP). is it enough time for catching another Delta flight(DL 868) to Boston and Baggage transfer to another connecting flight. Do i need to go through security checks again or claim and re-check in baggage ?

Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You don't have to do anything with your baggage or go through security.

  • Terminal 2 to terminal 1, Condor to Alaska Air xfer

My Condor flight arrives at 5:55pm from FRA. My onward flight to SEA with Alaska Air departs at 8:10pm. Should this give me enough time to clear customs and lug my luggage from one terminal to the other (I assume any recheck past customs won't accept luggage for the other terminal)? Thanks.

Yes, you'll have to take your bags to the other terminal. That's barely enough time if everything goes perfectly. Luckily the immigration lines in Terminal 2 are almost always very short.

I'm flying from Kansas City to Cancun with a layover in Minneapolis. Where is the customs in Minneapolis? I'll have 3 kids with me & would like to be prepared & make sure we have enough time in between the domestic & international flight. Thanks!

There is no US Customs when leaving the US. All you have to do in MSP on your way to Cancun is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
