My mom is travelling today and she's on a visitor visa here in Canda. Does she needs a US visa for connecting flight from MSP to Edmonton Airport (6 hours lay over). We also called the Delta airline they said no as long as she will not go out of the airport.. Pls enlighten us about this and for any possible solution we can do if ever she needs a Visa.
If her nationality requires a visa to visit the US she needs a US visa to transit the US, even if she has a Canadian visitors visa. Whoever you talked to on the phone is mistaken.
Hi, I fly tomorrow from Denver to Amsterdam. There is ca. 56 minutes transfer time.
1. Is that enough?
2. Do I have to check out and in my luggage myself?
3. I'm sitting quite in the backside of the plane. Is it normally possible to get out first?
If both flights are on Delta all you have to do in MSP is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
Thank you so much ZAP! Yes both flights are Delta so that would be fine. Luggage will be automatically loaded form one flight to the next?
Yes, you won't have to do anything with your bags.
We are taking a 5PM flight out of Reagan National Airport in late August to Anchorage with a 1 hour layover in MSP. Assuming the weather holds (i.e., no thunderstorms), is there sufficient time to make our connection? Does anyone know if the ANC gate is reasonably close to the gate at which we would land?
Yes, that is enough time. You can get between any two Delta gates at MSP within 15 minutes.
Is a 45 min. layover long enough to get from one end of the Delta terminal to the other. Laying from Minn. to Charlotte.
Yes, that is enough time if the first flight is on-time.

I'm on WestJet 7215 and 6387 operated by Delta with a 52 min layover in MSP. Is this enough time with a checked bag? This is Expedia's recommendation. It's that or a 6hr layover.
Yes, that is enough time. Both flights are operated by Delta/Delta Connection. All you have to do in MSP is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Great - thanks ZAP
Can I make it from F13 to B12 with a 30 minute layover? No carry on.
Yes, but it leaves no time to spare.
Hi,

Coming from AMS and a 2 hour lay-over before we move on to LV. All with Delta Airlines. Do i have enough time to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, and go through security and to your departure gate?

Thanks!
Yes, that is enough time.
Thank you for your feedback!
Hey, I will be flying from Saint Louis to Minneapolis and then to Amsterdam. Delta just rescheduled my first flight departure time so I will have only 35 minutes layover in Minneapolis! Is it possible to make it? It's going to be an 8 hours long flight to Amsterdam, I cannot miss it!!!
Yes, that is possible. Although you could call Delta and see if they can instead change you to a longer connection in Detroit or Atlanta.
This is a Delta flight from Winnipeg Canada.
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Winnipeg. All you have to do in MSP is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
