Skywest Delta connection.Feb 5, 201310I'm booking a flight for my sister who is not comfortable traveling. My question is: do the SkyWest Delta Connection flights depart from the same terminal at the regular Delta flights.MOJOKSposted on Tue, Feb 5

check pointNov 25, 201210how long will the security check points wait time be at 530 am tomorrowdmaxposted on Sat, Nov 24Long. Security lines are always long early in the morning, and especially so the sunday after thanksgiving. If you're flying out of terminal 2 - humphrey, there's only one checkpoint. If you're flying out of terminal 1 - lindberg (most major airlines except southwest) you get a choice. It will probably help to look at an airport map while reading this. Checkpoint 3 is employees only, so that's out. If you're first class or elite, you can use checkpoint 4, although even that sometimes gets backed up. I generally prefer checkpoints 1 and 2 over checkpoints 5 and 6. 1 and 2 are smaller than 5 and 6 (6 is the biggest), but also less popular, because of where the check-in desks are placed. If your flight leaves from concourse A, B, C, D or E (plenty of delta flights and almost all non-delta flights), there's no reason not to walk down the ticketing area towards checkpoint 1 or 2, since you'll just have to make the same walk on the other side of security if you go through 5 or 6. The other options is the skyway checkpoint, which is accessible in the back of the parking deck. There is no way to check baggage if you go to this checkpoint, but if you only have carry-on bags, and your flight leaves from A, B, C or G concourses, it is worth considering.squigishposted on Sun, Nov 25

Between B and GNov 25, 2012201. At MSP, The the upper level is surrounded on three sides by Concourses A through G - Concourses E & F are in the center with Concourse D, C, A & B to the right and Concourse G to the left. 2. Concourses C & A are served by a tram; a connector between Concourses C & A connects to Concourse B by a short tunnel; and the Concourse Connector Bridge connects Concourses G & C.sanov12posted on Sat, Nov 24As soon as you leave your immediate gate area, there will be overhead signs pointing you towards the fastest way to get to each gate/concourse. The signs are really well thought-out, placed frequently, including at any major junction, and will reliably point you towards the fastest route. Your best route will probably be as follows: Turn right out of your B gate and head towards concourse C. Continue on concourse C to the concourse connector bridge. Turn left and walk across the concourse connector bridge. When you get to concourse G, either turn right or left, depending on your gate number. If you're at a really low-numbered G gate, it might make sense to instead take the tram which runs along concourse C to the C1 stop, and go via the main airport mall. You'd have the advantage of a tram, which is faster than moving walkways, for your journey along concourse C, but there aren't any moving walkways on the mall, as there are on the concourse connector. Other than that, it's just a matter of doing two sides of a rectangle vs. the other two sides.squigishposted on Sun, Nov 25

Concourse from nashville flying deltaSep 19, 201211Flying into mps from nashville connecting to great falls montana... Which is the typical concourse?Vondaposted on Tue, Sep 181 person likes this post [ Like ]Delta is using Concourses A, B, C & F of the Lindbergh Terminal at MSP Airport. You need to check your ticket for arriving/departing gates, or look at the overhead screens on arrival at MSP for your gate connection: Concourse A has gates A1-14 (Concourse B can be reached by tunnel) Concourse B (opposite Concourse A) has on the upper level gates B1-16, and on the lower level a tunnel to Concourses A/C. Concourse C has gates 1-27, the Delta Sky Club at C11, and a cross walk to Concourse G near gate C12. Concourse F has gates 1-16.wesep12posted on Wed, Sep 19

deltaAug 29, 201210if you are flying in from a delta airplane, and are flying out to your destination from a delta, would they be located on the same concourse/terminal?abbyposted on Tue, Aug 28At MSP, Delta uses all but Concourse E of the Lindbergh Terminal. Your ticket and the overhead screens will indicate your flight number and departure Concourse /gate. This is the Terminal layout: the upper level is surrounded on three sides by Concourses A through G - Concourses E & F are in the center with Concourse D, C, A & B to the right and Concourse G to the left: Concourse A has gates A1-14 (Concourse B can be reached by tunnel) Concourse B (opposite Concourse A) has on the upper level gates B1-16, and on the lower level a tunnel to of Concourses A/C. Concourse C has gates 1-27, the Delta Sky Club at C11, and a cross walk to Concourse G near gate C12. Concourse D to the right of the center, has gates D1-D6. Concourse E has gates E1-E16. Concourse F has gates F1-F16. Concourse G has gates 1-10 & 11-22 (with security checkpoint & international arrivals facility in the center), and a crosswalk to Concourse C near gate G18.weaug12posted on Wed, Aug 29

international connectionJun 3, 201210Is there a quick way to connect from terminal G to A (incoming from an international flight) if I have carryon luggage only?asposted on Sat, Jun 21. As international arrival you need to go through passport control first. Note that you arrive at Terminal 1, with concourses A - D. 2. As at 'T1-Lindbergh Terminal' concourses G & A are on opposite sides, you need to first take the concourse connector between Concourses G & C; then board the Concourse Tram at Concourse C to Concourse A. Gate numbers correspond to concourses, i.e., A14).sujun12posted on Sun, Jun 3

Is this enough time to make transfer?May 31, 201211We're flying PDX->MSP on Delta on Dec 24, and then transferring to a MSP->Amsterdam Delta flight. We have 59 minutes to make the connection. Will this be enough time?RudolphVposted on Wed, May 301 person likes this post [ Like ]Delta operates out of the Lindbergh Terminal of MSP and uses all Concourses A through G for its flights. Concourse Connections: Concourses C & A are served by a tram; a connector between Concourses C & A connects to Concourse B by a short tunnel; and the Concourse Connector Bridge connects Concourses G & C. Concourses G, F, E & D can be reached by foot. Your ticket should indicate arrivals & departures gates (i.e., C10, A2). One hour connecting time should suffice.thapr12posted on Thu, May 31

interstate transferJan 19, 201210I will be arriving on 22 of Jan from Los Angeles at 6.12pm at Minneapolis by Delta 2168. Not sure how I can get to next terminal - I will fly to Sioux Falls at 7.50pm so I don't have much time. Is the next terminal very far ? how I can move between terminal is there a bus or train ?Maxposted on Thu, Jan 19Most flights, including Delta, use Terminal 1 (Lindbergh), which has Concourses A through F with corresponding gates. Terminal 2 (Humphrey) has only H gates 1-10 (Humphrey is only for AirTran, Icelandair, Southwest, Sun Country & Charters). 2. If transferring to the Humphrey terminal, ou need to take the skyway on Level 2 to the parking ramp on the second level, by following signs and walking through the parking ramp and taking the escalator or elevator down to the light rail transit station. This takes about five minutes. Don't know how long it takes to get there.1039posted on Thu, Jan 19
