Hi, I am flying from Lincoln to London Heathrow through MSP, in November. Both flight are operated by Delta. There is a connection time of 1h. Do you think it is enough to get off the plane and arrive at the right gate for my MSP-LHR flight? Thank in advance.

Yes, that should be enough time.

I am flying on Delta to Minneapolis from Toronto, on to Bismarck. Is a 55 minute layover enough time to clear customs and connect to next flight to Bismark. Thanks.

You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto. All you have to do in MSP is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.

Do you think there will be enough time to go through customs Oct 10 coming from Regina to MSP at 6 pm with a connection to Columbus about an hour later? Provided no checked bags. Just about all the flights that day have about a hr connection.

With no checked bags that should be possible.

  • Connecting flights - customs?

Hello, I'm flying Fargo-Minneapolis-Paris-Málaga (Spain). Do I have to go through customs in Paris? I have gone through Amsterdam many times and connecting to Malaga without having to go through customs in Amsterdam. Just need to make sure that's the case in Paris charles DeGaulle. Thank you!

You will go through Schengen passport control in Paris. You won't have to do anything with your baggage.

  • 46 min layover from Sacramento, to Madison, WI

I am flying with delta for all flights and with my health I am not able to move very fast. Is that sufficient time to make my connecting flight, assuming first flight is on time? How can I find out ahead of time which concourses are used for arrival and for departure? I see the tool on the website to help determine best route - but I don't whether I am landing in A and leaving from C or what?

You can find out the day of your flight on or the delta app your gates. All Delta gates at MSP are connected inside security. If it is very difficult for you you might want to request wheelchair service by calling Delta.

  • Enough time?

Hello, we, faimily of 5, arrive from san Francisco at 20:52 with Delta Airlines on the 9th of april 2016. We have a connecting flight to Amsterdam at 21:45, also with Delta Airlines . Do we have to change concourses? Will there be enough time to catch the connecting flight? Will there we any assistance in guiding us to the right gate on time? Thanks for your quick reply

Your flight to Amsterdam will be operated by KLM, not Delta. So you will arrive in Terminal 1 and depart from the A concourse of the International Terminal, so in San Francisco you will have to exit Terminal 1, walk to the International Terminal and go through security. Your connection time is barely suitable for this. There is no assistance.

Sorry, I thought you were connecting in San Francisco, not MSP. You will not have to go through security in MSP. You may have to change concourses but all Delta gates at MSP are connected inside security.

Hi, not being from the USA, I am arriving on Sept. 10 from Amsterdam to MSP at 1:00pm with a connecting flight to SLC at 2:25pm that day, will that be enough time to clear customs?

At MSP during slightly off-peak season I think you can make it if the first flight is on-time.

  • 45 min internatonal connection
    Aug 25, 2015
hi im travelling on 12/14/15 from las vegas to london via MSP but with only 45 minutes to get my connection. Will we have enough time? and also if my first flight is late getting into MSP would i be automatically put onto the next flight? (at the cost of the airline etc) especially with imigration etc? thanks

There is no immigration when leaving the US. All you have to do in MSP is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You should have enough time if your flight is on-time. If you miss your connection you will be put on the next flight free of charge, but there is only one daily flight from MSP to London.

  • possible?

Arriving 9pm to C catching intl flight out of G boarding at 8:50 - no checked bags any chance?

What time does the flight from G actually depart? It's possible to make a 30 minute connection at MSP if the first flight is on-time.

  • Is 36 minutes connection
    Aug 18, 2015
Is 36 minutes enough time to catch a flight in Terminal 1? Incoming and outgoing flights are both with Delta

Yes, that is enough time as long as the first flight is on-time and you hurry.

Hi, I am flying in from Regina Canada landing at 6:11, my flight onward to Houston leaves at 7:36. Since Regina doesn't have preclearance, is that enough time for me to go through customs again, re-check my bags, etc.?

That should be enough time. MSP doesn't get a lot of international arrivals so its rarely crowded going through immigration there.

  • 40 minutes long enough for layover?
    Aug 16, 2015
I will be flying into Msp on a Friday evening and departing to Amsterdam. My layover is only 40 minutes, and both flights are delta. Will this be enough time?

Yes, that is enough time if your first flight is on-time, but obviously doesn't leave much time to spare if it is delayed.

  • Connection from BWI to MSP to catch flight to Paris
    Aug 9, 2015
We have 45 minutes to get from our DL light from Baltimore to the international Delta flight to Paris. Is that enough time?

Yes, that is enough time if your first flight is on-time. All Delta gates at MSP are connected inside security.

  • 1 hour and 20 minute for Customs
    Aug 16, 2015
I am flying from Amsterdam to MSP then on to Omaha, NE. I'll land at MSP at 12:40 pm on Aug 6th and then my flight to Omaha is at 1:56 pm. Is an hour and 20 minutes enough to go through customs? I'll have checked bags.

It's possible, it's 10 minutes below the recommended time but MSP is not a very busy airport and the lines are usually short there.
