Lockers - fee-based service in secure area at Lindbergh Terminal, near gates C2, C13 and at entrance to Concourse F. Dimenions: approx. 23 x 15 x 35 inches, about the size of most carry-on luggage. Lockers sport fingerprint technology for your security. Lockers are intended for up to 48-hr storage, and use fingerprint technology.
Family Room - Lindbergh Terminal, near entrance to Concourse E. It offers a place for nursing, diaper changing and play. Across from the Family Room is a companion care restroom.
Nursing Mothers Room - At the Lindbergh Terminal, C concourse, there is a private room available for mothers needing to nurse a baby or express breast milk. The room is kept locked. For access, go to the Travelers Assistance desk across from Gate C12. An assistant will show you to the room and unlock it. The room is at the north end of the concourse connector, above the C rotunda, near the elevators. Its location is marked by an icon.
Children's Play Areas - The Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport has 2 play areas - on Concourse C of the Lindbergh Terminal and on the second floor of the Humphrey Terminal. Each of the 1,000 square-foot play areas offer a great photo opportunity for families. Admission is free for all visitors and their children.
Quiet Seating / Prayer or Meditation Area - available at post-security, Mezzanine level, overlooking the Airport Mall - also suitable for Meditation or prayer.
Armed Forces Service Center - not USO-affiliated, isocated on the Skyway Level of the Lindbergh Terminal, above Door 1 of the Ticketing Lobby. It is an "all free" stop for active-duty military personnel, their dependents, activated reservists, or national guardsmen. The center also serves active-duty Department of Defense and PHS employees on travel orders, as well as other members of the uniformed services on active duty. A dedicated volunteer staff operates the Armed Forces Service Center around the clock, including weekends and holidays. The center offers a multitude of services & amenities.
Walking Path - To get some excercise prior to your scheduled flight, there is an official 1.4-mile walking path at the Lindbergh Terminal.

International Travelers at Minneapolis-St Paul MSP Airport
All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance . If they continue their journey they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate. For Terminal and /or Concourse connections, please refer to 'Terminal Map' page.
NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.

Mail Center / U.S. Post Office at Minneapolis-St Paul MSP Airport
US Postal drop boxes are in both buildings. Stamps are available from US Bank ATMs (no service fee), but any cards with pin numbers are acceptable. Or get individual stamps, cash only, at the MSP Conference Center ( at T1, mezzanine level, above Chili's Too)
FedEx drop boxes are in most business centers and at Concourse G, before getting to gate G9. Travelex also sends packages via FedEx.

Pets / Animals at Minneapolis-St Paul MSP Airport
All pets must be in a kennel while in the terminal building - exception: working dogs on a leash.
The Pet exercise and relief area is in the rocky area of Terminal 2, outside Door 1 on Baggage Claim Level, and in the grassy area outside of Terminal 1 (to the right of door 6) on level 1 near baggage claim.
Full-service pet boarding by 'Now Boarding' is on-airport grounds (with available parking and free shuttle service to terminal). Call either 612-454-4850 or visit nowboardingpets.com.

Smoking at Minneapolis-St Paul MSP Airport
Both Lindbergh and Humphrey Terminals are smoke-free facilities. Smoking must take place outdoors. (a) Lindbergh Terminal: smoking shelters are outside Doors 1, 3 and 6 on the Ticketing Level. Smoking also allowed outside on Baggage Claim Level and in parking ramps; (b) Humphrey Terminal: at curbside at least 30 feet from any door and in parking ramps.
Travelers Assistance at Minneapolis-St Paul MSP Airport
General Information is located in the lower-level, baggage claim area of the terminal. Maps, regional information, bus schedules, and brochures are available as well as a courtesy paging phone. Volunteer Hospitality Ambassadors are on duty during busy times to provide assistance.

Travelers Assistance, a program of the Airport Foundation MSP, is one of the airport's most visible resources for travelers and airport visitors. Information booths, located at strategic points throughout the terminals, are staffed by hundreds of volunteers dedicated to providing quality information and services to thousands of travelers daily. One million are served annually. In addition to providing airport, airline and tourism information, Travelers Assistance offers:
·An interpreter service for international travelers
·Special help to disabled and elderly individuals
·A comfortable waiting area for people with special needs
·Infant supplies in times of emergency
·Oxygen delivery services within the airport.
The Travelers Assistance central office is located near the entrance to Concourse D and is open most days from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is closed on several holidays. Phone: 612-726-5500, FAX: 612-726-5236
