Modesto City County MOD Airport Overview

Modesto City-County Airport MOD serves the central California city  Modesto and is also a gateway to the California Sierras, particularly Sequoia National Forest and Kings Canyon National Park.

If you need to pick-up and drop-off of passengers and need more time, use the 30-minute parking area in front of the terminal, as parking in front of the terminal is only allowed if driver pulls up at the front gate, receives or discharges the passenger and luggage and immediately drives off thereafter - unattended vehicles will be towed.

Parking options at Modesto Airport include a short-term lot in front of the terminal and a long-term lot at the east end of the terminal, near the tower.

To get from Modesto Airport to your destination you can rent a car (Hertz or Avis), obtain a taxi at the baggage claim area, or use your hotel's shuttle service. The phone near the baggage claim area with advertisement display can be used for hotel shuttles, taxis & limos.
