Main Terminal / Concourses at Nagasaki NGS Airport
The three-level passenger terminal at Nagasaki International offers all the amenities of a world-class airport, with excellent services, food & drink establishments offering Japanese, Western & Chinese food, and an array of shops. Airport Information can be contacted 7am-9:45pm at 0957-52-555.
The first level is the arrivals level, with outside bus stops, taxi stand, and an escalator to the ferry platform. Inside it houses the international & domestic Arrivals, and domestic check-in lobbies, baggage claim and airline gates.
The second level is the departure level has a Waiting Rooms C & D, a Business lounge, a group waiting room and special waiting rooms A & B, and access to the gate areas.
The third level, has an Observation Deck with a small grassy lawn.
Services & Amenities inside the Terminal:
1. ATM cash machines, served by the following banks: Shinwa, Jyuhachi, Seven, and Japan Post (Yucho Ginko).
2. Foreign currency exchange: at the Information desk - US Dollar currencies only.
3. The Information Desk on level 1 (tel. 0957-52-5555) handles information regarding airport facilities, lost property inside the Airport; directions, tourist and hotel informaton & reservation; U.S. Dollar currency exchange; & flight insurance.
4. Small smoking rooms are on levels 1 & 2.
5. The Massage Room on level 2 is open 9am-7pm (tel. 0957-52-1401).
6. An internet corner is at both the 1st and 2d level (tel. 0957-52-8834) .
7. Two Wi-Fi hospots are on the 2d floor - in the Business Support Center and the Azalea lounge.
8. The Business Support Center (tel. 09957-52-8834) on the 2d level offers coin-operatet internet machines, 3 PCs, celullar phone charger, Wi-Fi access and coin-operated photocopier.
9. The Azalea Business Lounge (tel. 0957-52-8834) is free for up to 2 hours to certain cardholders, and is available at a charge to all other passengers.
