Naples International Airport has two terminals - Terminal 1 & Terminal 2 - both terminals are within walking distance of each other and have a total of 15 airline gates.. A free shuttle bus also connects both terminals.

Terminal 1 is for passengers of regular airlines.
Terminal 2 is for passengers of charter airlines.

Services and amenities at Naples International: Aside from food & drink establishments, shops, rental car counters, and carparks, the terminals offer:
Ticket desks for Alitalia & Alisud are located in the check-in area, Departures Concourse (Alisud issues tickets and makes bookings for all airlines).
The Telelink Internet Center (tel. 081 789 6749) on the first floor offers internet access, computers , copy, scanning, telephone & fax facilities, as well as meeting rooms with video conferencing facilities (tel. 081 789 6259). 
Travelex is in the Arrivals concourse, or call 800-33-5511; Intesa San Paolo Bank is in T1, external Departures area; its ATM machines are in the Arrivals & Departures concourses.
A Post Office is in T1, External departures area.
The Customer Service desk is in the Arrivals area of the ground floor.
Baggage storage is in the Quick Parking Area outside the Arrivals concourse;
Baggage wrapping by ‘Fly’ is in the Departure concourse; and
Travel agent L’Agenzia di Viaggi’ is on the ground floor, arrivals.
