Nashville International Airport BNA is named as one of the best places to spot a country star,  and it is the gateway to the country music capital of Tennesee. BNA also takes care of everyday folks just fine with art exhibitions and live music performances on the ticketing level, a children’s play area and a massage bar for those with achy-breaky muscles.

The Airport is located off Interstate 40 (Donelson Pike exit), 8 miles southeast of downtown Nashville, Tennessee, and can be accessed via I-24, taking the I-40 exit.

With four runways and an estimated 8 million passengers a year, Nashville International Airport is served by major and minor airlines offering direct and connecting flights to most US cities, as well as to cities in Canada & Mexico.

Consolidated Rental Car Facility:   As of November 11, 2011, Nashville International has a new Consolidated Rental Car facility (CONRAC) in the Long-term A lot, next to the short-term parking garage. Rental car agencies have moved to the three-level CONRAC building whose escalators, elevators and moving walkways  access each level. It offers quick turnaround, car wash bays & fueling stations, and has a covered entry plaza offering access to the passenger terminal.

To get from Nashville Airport to your destination, you have an extensive choice of shuttle services, some of which are listed below; you can also rent a car, take a taxi or limo, or a bus.
1. The Nashville Express Airport Shtle (615-3356479) is a door-to-door service to all Nashville sububurbs, and to downtown and West End hotels.
2. Region-wide Transit (933-1381-5188 or 855-734-4661) offers curbside service to Davidson, Maury, Marshall & Williamson counties.
3. The door-to-door shuttle '24-hr Clarksville Airport Shuttle' (931-237-2699) serves Clarksville, Ft.Campbell, Hopkinsville, Paducah, Bowling Green, KY, & surrounding areas. Reservations must be made.
4. The MTA Bus Route 18 Airport/Elm Hill serves the Airport and downtown Nashville on an hourly basis, seven days a week (tel. 615-862-5950)--schedules are posted at the Welcome Center on the baggage claim level.
