• BNA Airport Overview
  Named one of the best places to spot a country star, Nashville International (BNA) Airport is the gateway to Tennessee’s country music capital. The airport also takes care of everyday folks just fine with art exhibitions and live music performances on the ticketing level, a children’s play area and a massage bar for those with achy-breaky muscles. The airport is served by Air Canada (Jazz), American Airlines, Continental Express, Delta Airlines, Jet Blue, North West Airlines, Skyways, Southwest Airlines and US Airways. With over 40 nonstop flights, Nashville airport BNA offers both tourists and locals numerous travel options to and from country music country.

• Baggage Carts / Skycap
  Baggage Carts:
  Available 24 hrs. from automatic dispensing stands.
  
  Locations:
  * Ground Transportation Level-terminal entrance.
  * Baggage Level-curbside and at baggage belts.
  * Ticketing Level-curbside.
  * Concourse A near exit door of the International Arrivals Building.
  * Concourse B just past gate B8 on the left.
  * Concourse C in the cut-through mid-way down the Concourse.
  
  Skycaps:
  Curbside on Ticketing Level and curbside on Baggage Level or check at your airline ticket counter.
  
  

• Baggage Claim
  The Baggage Claim is located on level 2.
  
  Baggage Offices
  Each end of Baggage Level across from baggage belts.
  
  

• Banking / ATM Services
  SunTrust Bank located on Ticketing Level near A/B Checkpoint.
  
  ATMS are located on the Ticketing Level by Wright Travel and SunTrust Bank. Two ATMs are located on the Ground Transportation Level, behind the escalators. The machines take most types of cards, including Cirrus, Plus One, Money, Most, Visa, and Mastercard.
  
  

• Business Services
  Boise Airport offers meeting rooms and conference rooms for business travelers.
  Idaho Business Review Business Centers is located in concourse C, Upper Level across from Outpost Cafe.
  
  

• Concourses
  Nashville has one single terminal s and 4 Concourses A, B, C & D.
  
  

• Emergency / Medical Services
  MNAA’s police force is comprised of state certified, commissioned police officers. They are cross-trained in fire and rescue. Contact Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) by dialing 1703 on beige courtesy phones in the terminal. EMTs are on duty 24 hrs. By law, they cannot write prescriptions or work-absence excuses, or supply any drugs other than Aspirin.
  
  

• Flight Information Monitors
  Flight arrival and departure times are displayed on monitors along Concourses and on the Baggage and Ticketing Levels.
  
  

• Interfaith Chapel / Religious Options
  Located on "A" Concourse, Ticketing Level , near Gate A-2.
  
  

• International Travelers
  Boise Aiport doesn’t have international flight, but Fixed Base Operators and U.S. Customs and Border Patrol services are available for general aviation in all levels. Call 208-334-9062 from 8 am to 4:30 pm for more information.
  
  

• Internet Access
  Internet Access provided by WiFi with cost USD 6.95 per day is located throughout the terminal.
  
  

• Lost & Found
  For lost and found items, please call (615) 275-1674 or (615) 275-1675 or contact Information Center which is located on the baggage claim level. Items are kept for 30 days from the date the item was found.
  
  

• Mail Center / U.S. Post Office
  There is a mailbox and stamp machine located on the Baggage , and Ticketing Levels between escalators. And on the Ground Transportation Level at terminal entrance.

• Meeting / Conference Rooms
  Located in Boise Airport’s terminal building, the Snake River Conference Center provides a convenient location for your next meeting or conference. This state-of-the-art facility can accommodate your needs for a small gathering of 2 people or a large presentation for up to 125 people.
  
  With the added convenience of being located in the terminal building, departing passengers can make the most of their time by using their ""dwell"" time for business.
  
  It offers audio/visual capabilities such as projectors, TV, DVD, and VCR. Food and beverage concessionaire, Anton Airfood, is on site to serve your catering needs.
  
  Conference rooms Boise, Salmon, Bruneau, Malad, or Paytte River rooms can meet your conference needs. Located on the third floor the terminal building, away from the waves of arriving and departing passengers, any combination of five conference rooms can fit your needs for a full or half day. (*Full Day Rates are for use of 4 hours or more.)
  
  • Bruneau River & Malad River (294 sq. ft., each):
  Expecting a handful of attendees? Our Bruneau River or Malad River rooms are just the right size for 2 to 10 people.
  *Full Day: $100 Half Day: $50
  
  • Payette River (546 sq. ft.):
  If your meeting requires more space, the Payette River room will be able to handle your group of 16 to 33 people.
  *Full Day: $100 Half Day: $100
  
  • Salmon River (1216 sq. ft.):
  This conference room not only provides comfortable space for 48 to 80 people, it is also equipped with state of the art presentation equipment.
  *Full Day: $400 Half Day: $200
  
  • Boise River (1800 sq. ft.):
  The largest of the conference rooms, this room allows access to the outdoors via a balcony, perfect for receptions or breaks. It's an ideal room with a view for your group of 40 to 125 people.
  *Full Day: $600 Half Day: $300
  
  Auxiliary rooms are also available near to rental car lobby which is located on the first floor.
  Sun Valley (1,338 Sq. Ft.) can accomodate 58 to 90 people
  *Full Day: $400 Half Day: $200
  
  Kootenai River (681 Sq. Ft.) can accomodate 16 to 30 people
  *Full Day: $200 Half Day: $100
  
  Lemhi River (220 Sq. Ft.) can accomodate 2 to 8 people

• People With Special Needs / Persons With Disabilities
  Nashville International Airport meets ADA requirements and is easily accessible to physically challenged individuals. There are special telephones and specially equipped elevators. Restrooms are equipped for wheelchair access.
  
  TDD Telephones:
  Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf (TDD) and the hard of hearing are located on Baggage Level on the end wall nearest American baggage belts; Ticketing Level left of the third entrance door and across from Southwest ticket counter; Concourse A; Concourse B before Gate 6; Concourse C to the left of C-10; across the D-8 side wall; side wall by baggage claim.

• Restrooms
  Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the terminal and concourses.

  Smoking is permitted in designated lounges located on A, B and C Concourses. You may also smoke outside the terminal building on all three levels.

  Travel Assistant is available at Information Center on baggage claim level. Use Courtesy Phones which are located throughout the airport and dial 615-275-2098.
  
  Feceral Express
  A service box with forms is located across from the Welcome Center Desk on Baggage Level. Check box for pick-up times.
  
  

• Telephones
  Beige phones on walls throughout terminal may be used to reach Welcome Center or Airport Police. Phone numbers posted at phones.
  
  

• Guest Services
  Airport Guest Services, Airport Information and Travelers Assistance
  Airport Information is located in the Welcome Center on level 2 near the baggage claim area.
