Baggage carts at BNA Airport are located at the automatic dispensing stands at: ground transportation level's terminal entrance; at baggage level-curbside and at baggage belts; at ticketing level, curbside; at Concourse A near exit door of the International Arrivals Building; and at Concourse B by Gate B-2 Concourse C by Gate C-9

The baggage claim is on the ground level, and includes carousels 1-2 for American, Skyway & Southwest; carousels 3-7 for Southwst, Frontier & United; and carousels 8-9 for Delta, US Airways, KLM & Air Canada.
In the center is the information counter and a mail drop box. Baggage Information offices are at both ends of the ground level.
Passenger pickkup is outside the baggage claim level.
