Overview

Public transportation from New Chitose Airport:  (Taxis are located at the taxi stands in front of either the ANA / international arrivals exit, or the exit between the JAL A and B arrival lobby gates. Tour guide taxis and limousines can be arranged at Information counters in the arrival lobby at 1F. )

By Train:
The JR Rapid Train is the quickest way to get to Saporro. The train station is on level B1 (basement level) of the Domestic Terminal. JR trains run every 15 mins and take 40 mins (tel. +81(0)123-45-700). Rail passes are good for both Japan & Hokkaido trains. 
Railway tickets for the Keikyu Line & Tokyo Monorail can be obtained by vending machines on 2F, near Gate 8 (ANA) & gates 11 & 16 (JAL). 

By Bus:
Airport buses to Sapporo run every 15 mins & take between 70 & 90 mins, making several stops at downtown Sapporo (including Susukino, Odori Park & Sapporo Station).
(a) The Hokkaido Chuo Bus to Saporro stops at Bus Stop 13 in front of JAL Arrival Lobby A (tel. +81(0)123-46-5666);  
(b) the Hokuto Kotsu Bus and the Hokkaido Chuo Bus take you to Saporro  - the stops at Bus Stop in front of ANA Arrival Lobby A (tel. +81(0)123 23-2095), and takes 70 mins;

Bus Connections to areas other than Saporro:
Joetsu & Hokuto Kosu buses take you to Jozankei.  
Hokkaido Chuo & Niseko buses take you to Tsusu & Nseko to Lake Shikotsu.
Connections To Niseko:  Buses to Niseko run outside of the domestic Terminal and take 3 hours. Alternatively, train connections to Niseko can be made at the Sapporo train station, reached by the JR Rapid Train at DomesticTerminal, level B1.
