  • Someone put a fake LV bag in our baggage

     

    We were flying from SJC to EWR and then to Europe and when we arrived two days later we found in the front zipper of one luggage a faked Luois Vuitton purse. The only time the baggage was unantended was when we had to wait in the immigration of EWR, because it took so long that when we arrived at the baggage claim our luggage were already standing around. In europe we arrived at the baggage claim before the baggage so noone could touch it. Further both luggages arrived open, one with openend number lock (why did they not closed it again if they made a security check) the other one the lock was brocken out of the zipper. The stuff in europe told us it is a normal procedure in USA but they should put a notice in the luggage which we could not find.

     

  • Watch your valuables at security!

     

    I had a Xmas gift in my carryon(new ipad2for my husband) it was stolen by TSA. They took my bag to rescreen and upon arrival at my destination, iPad was gone. If they recheck your bags, make sure you take a look immediately! Thieves working in Newark!

     

  • Lost iphone on Continental flight

     

    Lost my silver color iphone on Continental flight#1671 on 12-15-11 from SFO to EWR. I informed the flight attendant,who was nice enough to announced over the PA system to have all passengers look for the iphone to no avail. I was directed to the Continental agents to file a report at Carousel 6. I was given a phone number to call (973-681-0658) & ask for Ana to check for possible returning of my lost item the next day but unable to get through the line. I have since spoke with Continental Help desk, who directed me to enter a report at their website. Hope my iphone turns up!!

     

  • Lost Laptop - HP

     

    my dad lost his laptop on the security check at EWR on 27th November(sunday) around 2.15-2.30pm. It was a HP Laptop, also he has found the DELL laptop. If any information, please reply. Thanks

    I'm from Brazil and I'm be flying from EWR to LAX on nov 13rd. I'm a Continental client. The question is: can I leave one bag at the storage for 3 days? If yes, where is it exatcly? At last, how safe it is?

    I lost my cabin baggage at the taxi station some how. When I got back, there was no one helping me out. I checked with TSA they asked me to go to airline. THere was no airline personal at the counter. then i was told to check with police. Police said u need to wait and check with the airline. I waited 8 hours from 11 PM till 7 am in the morning. There was no one helping me out. NEWARK lost and found sucks. More than the bag was lost, I did not receive any help. thats very bad of you NEWARK. Please train your staffs on how to help others.

    I flrew from Newark whith flight SK 904 17.20 on the 9th of september. After I checked in the lgguage my computer, a Macbook pro dsidapeared from my bag. It was filled whth pictures from vacations. How is it possible that this can happen? The serialnumber on the computer is W8038LPKATM. The compter was locked whith a password!

    i lost a thick plastic folder with a lot of important document in it and im not sure wether i lost it in houston airport or newark airport.I left my green seaman book inside it ,a few letters from my company, AET Shipmanagem.. and a lot of certificate.how can i get my documents back?

    I'm going to Lisbon, Portugal From Portland Oregon. Will my baggage be checked all the way through? I ahve an eight hour layover and really didn't want to lug it around

    Will be arriving ewr term b with checked bag which need to claim and then recheck for int'l flight out of term c. How complicated is that. Does term have it's own baggage claim?

    I have been told that my bag is gone forever....trying to find a human AT Newark who will look in the Continental baggage office. Everyone agrees that it sits somewhere in Newark, noone is willing to help!!! Anyone have a phone number that is not an 1-800 number for continetal??
