  • Terminal B to C in 1:30?

I have a domestic flight on the 12th of June to EWR arriving at 8:56pm in Terminal C, and I have a flight (different airline, so must recheck baggage) leaving from Terminal B at 10:30 pm. Do you think I should be able to make it if the first flight is on time, I've checked in online already, and I know the airport well?

It would be barely possible if the first flight is on-time. But I wouldn't bet on an evening flight at EWR in the summer arriving on-time.

Hi I am travelling from Sanfrancisco to Newark (reaching Newark at 3:00pm) and have connecting AirIndia flight to Mumbai (departure from Newark at 4:20) will I be able to make it? i have to checkin the luggage and get AirIndia boarding pass also

That will be very difficult. You will have to be at the Air India desk by 3:20. That means assuming the flight is on-time that leaves you only 20 minutes to get off the plane, to baggage claim, get your bag, and take the AirTrain to Terminal B. I would try to get an earlier flight to Newark.

Hi, I'm traveling from Washington Dulles with a 45 minute layover in Newark with a final destination of Frankfurt Germany. Do you think my checked bag will make it?

If your first flight is on-time. Yes, your bag should make it.

Houston to EWR arrives at 3:16 pm, Flight to Tel Aviv leaves at 4:40 pm (1 hr, 24 mins layover). Enough time if flights are on time?

Yes, that should be enough time. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate, both in Terminal C.

HI MY FLIGHT FROM TAMPA IS AT 1345 /1633 ARR IN EWR TERMINAL C ON UNITED ,THEN CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM EWR /BOM ON JET AIRWAYS AT 1830 ON TERMINAL B WILL IT BE OK WITH MINIMUM CONNECTION OF 1.57 MINUTES..AS PASSENGER IS OLD N WITH WHEELCHAIR FROM RAMP

Were tickets bought separately or together?

Bought Tkts together n jet airways document

Then yes, that should be enough time. All you have to do is take the AirTrain from Terminal C to Terminal B, get your Jet Airways boarding passes if you don't already have them, and then go through security.

Ok thanks but I think iunited said it will give boarding pass from Tampa itself so if the passenger is on wheelchair I hope they reach on time even if flight is delayed or on time

We are travelling from St. John's, Canada to newark and then onto Fort Lauderdale. We have a 2hour connection period. Will that be enough time with 2 small kids? Do we have to puck up our luggage and go through customs/security? Thanks B

Yes, you will arrive in Terminal C, go through US Immigration, claim your baggage, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the transfer desk, then go through security and to your departure gate, which will also be in Terminal B. If your first flight is on-time you should have enough time.

    Thank you

Sorry, meant to type will also be in Terminal C at the end

Flying from Charlotte to Hyderabad. Arriving to Terminal A and has to connect Air India at Terminal B, time gap is 1hr 30min. Is this time sufficient?? I am checking in at CLT directly to HYD and has one ticket by United, only carry bag with me..pls give directions at the airport between the terminals and is I need to pass through the security again, if so How long its going to take?? Kindly suggest..

You just have to take the airtrain from Terminal A to Terminal B, get your Air India boarding pass if you don't already have it, and go through security. The whole process shouldn't take more than 30 mins,.

I arrive to Trrminal A at 7:20 and have a flight in Terminal C leaving at 8:10. I have only carry on luggage. Will I make it

Yes, that should be enough time. United operates a shuttle bus between their gates in A and C inside security.

Flying into Terminal C at 7:40AM, fly out of Terminal A at 8:28AM. Any concerns that I will not make it in time to my gate?

...to add clarity, I am flying United...Thx

United runs a shuttle bus inside security between C and A, but even so, it's a very tight connection. Hope your first flight is early.

    Thanks ZAP!

Our flight is United from Vancouver to EWR connecting to Richmond with a 55 minute connection time at EWR. Do we have enough time to connect

That should be enough time. You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Vancouver. You will arrive in Terminal C and may depart from Terminal A. United runs a shuttle bus inside security if you need to go to Terminal A.

will i make a United Express connection departing 4:49 PM when my first flight on Virgin America lands at 4:30 PM? both terminal A

NO! Don't book that. Even if it might be possible under the best circumstances it's highly unlikely you'll make it. With checked bags, zero chance.

I am scheduled to arrive in ewr at terminal A at 7:24, and departure is 9:00 in terminal C. Both flights are United. Last boarding time is 8:45. Do I have enough time?

Yes, that is plenty of time. All you have to do is take the United shuttle bus from Terminal A to C and walk to your departure gate.

I'm traveling from Dusseldorf to Newark (Terminal B). I land at 2:35PM. I need to catch a flight to Austin (Terminal C) at 5:28PM. Will I have enough time? (get to & through customs/immigration, get my bag, travel to Terminal C, check in, check my bag, get through security at Terminal C, get to my gate) Thanks.

THat should be enough time. if you purchased all your tickets on one reservation you will be able to re-check your bags at the transfer desk in Terminal B and not have to bring them on the AirTrain to Terminal C.

  • 56 minutes from Terminal C to B

I'm arriving from Las Vegas at Terminal C (United) and will leave for Dusseldorf at Terminal B (operated by Lufthansa). I have purchased one ticket with Lufthansa. I have a layover of 56 minutes. Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible but it leaves very little time to spare if your first flight is delayed. United does run a shuttle bus to Terminal b.

I am flying United Airlines from Atlanta to Mumbai via Newark with 2 kids (1 stroller included). I have a layover of 1 hr 30 mins in Newark. Is this time adequate to take the Mumbai flight ?

Yes, that should be plenty of time. Both flights will likely be in Terminal C, in which case all you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. There's a chance you will arrive in Terminal A, if so you will have to take a shuttle bus, which runs inside security From Terminal A to Terminal C. Either way you have enough time.

not necessary, if you have a different carrier then you are probably in terminal B in that case you can hop on to Air Train to terminal B, If you need help ask a Red Coat, do not ask the Burgundy Coats as they are not people friendly. Red Coats will go out their way to help you. Once upon a time I used to be a red coat. You should be in Terminal B in less than three minutes (if the air train is doing fine)

Both his or her flights are on united. United does not use Terminal B for domestic arrivals or any departures. Please disregard the above nonsensical post.
