I am returning from Brussels in Europe to Panama in Central America via Newark. I have 2:15 hours for the connection and I am only coming with carry on. Two weeks ago took me 3 hours to get through Houston during a connection so I am concerned that 2:15 hours is not enough at this time of the year in Newark...
This is enough time, as long as your flight from Brussels is on time.
I will travel from Indianapolis IND to Venice VCE through EWR. I will arrive at terminal A in EWR and will leave from terminal C with 55 minutes available for the connection. Is it feasible? Can I go from terminal A to terminal C avoiding customs? How much time does it take to do this connection? Thank you!
It's possible. There is no US Customs when leaving the US. There is a shuttle bus inside security from A to C.
I'm traveling from Ottawa Canada (terminal A) to Memphis TN (terminal C) through EWE. My flights provide me with a whole 38 minutes between scheduled arrival/departure. If all goes well, is this humanly possible?
It's possible but leaves no time to spare. You will pre-clear US Immigration and customs in Ottawa. In Newark you need to take United's shuttle bus inside security from A to C and run to your gate. It's a very difficult connection.
Thanks so much ZAP, greatly appreciated. I'll give it a try.
I'm flying in from Oslo, terminal b. Is it possible to make my flight to San Francisco in terminal c if I only have 1,5 hour!??
That's just enough time if everything goes perfectly.
Thanks :) Any advise on how to make the flight? What to do and where to go?
You will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, then take the AirTrain to Terminal c, go through security and to your departure gate. If you miss your connection, United will rebook you on their next available flight to San Francisco.
We will be connecting from YVR Air Canada flight to catch a flight to SNN, codeshare with United. There will be 2 1/2 hrs between flights. I understand the connections will be from Terminal A to B. Is this sufficient time? Will there be any problems having wheelchair service throughout?
It will actually be A to C. There shouldn't be any issue with the wheelchair service. That should be enough time.
