I'm traveling from Puntacana Dominican Republic to Allentown with a connection at EWR. United(PUJ-EWR) and United Express Bus Service (EWR-ABE) Any help with the process. I have 3 hours connection
Yes, that is enough time if everything goes smoothly. Here's a long forum thread on how the bus works - http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/continental-onepass-pre-merger/747835-abe-ewr-bus-service-questions-threads-merged.html
I am travelling from Bogotá-Colombia (BOG) --through EWR-- to Hamburg-Germany (HAM). I have a flight on United with the same ticket. Is 1.52 H enough to transfer from Terminal A to Terminal C? Thank you!
You won't arrive in A. You will arrive in B or C and depart from C. In Between you will have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, possibly change terminals, and go through security. It is a fairly risky connection.
I am landing at EWR from LHR at 19.20 and would like to take another flight (with a different airline) to LAX. There is a UA flight at 21.30, would 2h10 be enough to clear immigration, get my bag, check it in and then go through security again?
What airline are you flying to Newark?
I would recommend 3 hours for such a connection if you have checked bags.
HI, I am flying back from Dublin -- thru EWR - to Detroit --- is 1 HR 15min enough to navigate from Terminal B to C for my flight ?-- I know I will clear customs/ Immig in Dublin -- trying to avoid a 5hr lay over Thank you Monica
If everything is on the same reservation that is just enough time.
Hi, I'm travelling to EWR from LHR and then to BUF, I've only got 2 hours to make the connection. The flights have been booked separately. Will that be enough time to clear immigration, collect my bag, check it and then clear security again?
On two separate reservations that's probably not enough time.
I am flying from Dublin, Ireland (DUB) to Newark (EWR), but my connection time to Orlando, Florida (MCO) is only 35 minutes. If I only have a carry on, and I have been precleared in Dublin, will I be treated as a domestic arrival, or will I have to go through customs again? Should I change to a flight with a longer connection time?
Correct, all you have to do in Newark is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. 35 minutes is possible but leaves no time to spare if the flight from Dublin is delayed at all.
